My 2015 Ford Ka (Ka+ for the europeans): Brake light failed, I bought a replacement, fitted it. One month later when I went to get the annual service the dealer told me the light was wrong, so it probably didn’t work for that whole period.
Centre console, around the gearlever, gets loose from time to time and I need to put it back in place. Ford quality for you there.
And the dealership put the wrong oil in the car…idiots.
My W124: The shifter bushing came apart so by just touching the lever in Drive the car would go into Neutral. The idle control is on it’s way out resulting in odd idle characteristic. The steering tie rod ends are busted so the car feels very detached. The steering wheel shock absorber doesn’t do absorbing anymore. Brake discs are a bit warp and so keeping your foot constant on the brake pedal feels like the braking is going on-off intermittently. The air-conditioning has a mind of it’s own. Oil is leaking from somewhere. And tail light or indicator relay is a bit wonky so the lights out warning light would be showing all the time despite all the light working. But apart from those things the car is perfect.

As for the Sandero: I got my windscreen cracked. Had a stone chip in the dark border on the passenger side which I didn’t see.
Replaced the shite stock head unit in the Galant, but I’m getting o2 sensor codes (I’ve actually seen that for months, but it’s due for emissions in 2 weeks, so now I have a reason to care).
starter motor failure
Starter went out this winter, along with the battery. First “actual” repair ever on this car, a 2007 model (but it’s a Chevy Cobalt so it had several ‘recalls’ done on it a few years ago). Other than this and recalls, I had a window motor replaced, because it felt slow, while the vehicle was still under factory warranty. All of those people who say Cobalts are garbage cars are completely full of shit.
Mazda3 just got broken into it now needs new rear boot lock a new rear quarter glass and four tyres cause when the fucks couldnt find anything to steal they slashed my tyres. Fuck this small town ice addict bullshie

1966 Sunbeam Alpine Series V: Where to begin?
It was my first car, I started saving at the ripe age of 13, knowing exactly what I wanted as my first car. Bought it at 15, and had it on the road by 17.
What went wrong while owning it post restoration.
*Lucas voltage regulator failed, 4 times within 1000miles, in the end I replaced the alternator with a Delco Remy 10MT, and I never had a power problem again.
*Fuel pickup fell off inside the tank union.
*Lucas Distributor advance failed.
*Lucas switches resulted in many nights of trying to figure out why the lights stopped working.
*Valve seat dropped while driving, lost cylinder #2, head needed to come off and have another valve job.
*Head gasket leak between coolant passages and cylinders.
*Lockheed Brake booster has failed twice, one resulting in loss of brakes, another resulting in brakes locking up.
*Splined hub on rear axle stripped out completely due to increase in power over stock.
*Lucas starter has failed 5 times, 4 times bendix related, once for a rear bushing failure.
All within the span of 10k miles. British cars, known for their reliability.

*Throttle cable, 4 times.
*Clutch cable, once.
*Front driver fender (light fender bender)
*Crankshaft (I dun wanna talk about it)

*Horn bracket
(I only had it for 67k miles, so nothing broke)

*Shift linkage bolts came undone.
*Brake light switch failed.
*Mass Air Meter wiring frayed
*Parking brake actuator on passenger side ripped off during flash flood. (A log got under the car and hit the actuator, ripping it off)

This is a cap of the ride to our company parking lot. I had 500m to go - intense 500m. Mind you - that is not wheelspin happening when setting of.
W124: Water temperature sensor for the ECU. Resulting in a massively rich very sporty mixture.
Well, the Altezza is sitting on 4 flats, and a barely working battery.
Need to get those worked out.
Not necessarily broken, but certainly annoying… I got the Hyundai washed (I don’t predict much, if any, snow for the remainder of the season here, so I wanted to get the worst of the road salt off of my car) after replacing the burned out passenger side headlight (pretty basic little failure, and expected, as my car seems to like burning that passenger side bulb out), got home, and found that apparently, this moron forgot a bolt, and as a result, I had a passenger-side headlight bucket full of soapy headlight coolant.
So I got to spend the better part of half an hour fixing this little problem I caused, and in the process, broke the replacement passenger side headlight bulb. I am so, so glad I just use cheap ones, because if that’d been one of the more expensive bulbs, I would’ve been quite pissed off.
Relatively minor annoyance, all things considered. Also figured while I had the hood open to replace the driver’s side headlight, find the bolt I left in the driveway, and decided to change the air filter, because the one I had in there looked… well, let’s just say it was filthy and leave it at that.
Also topped up the windshield washer fluid, because I’m getting the oil changed and I’m sick of that blue piss in a bottle that I swear must have a freezing point at 50 degrees that they all love to put in as a courtesy fill up. And maybe, just maybe, I’ll have the mechanic change the broken power steering pump for the replacement I’ve gotten.
Despite most of that, it’s been reliable, though. Most of the problems have been because of the idiot behind the wheel. Like getting, on my last oil change, standard oil instead of my usual synthetic blend. How to say goodbye to your good gas mileage for the next 3000 miles… Not making that mistake again.
Shame I own a Mazda, because I’ll never get to participate in threads like these.

The serpentine belt a little more than a month ago. I drive a Peugeot Expert from 2005.
