WOSSOM: Join Anytime! (Gravel Rally Competition Live Interactive Event Today. 19:00 GMT)

What a show today, at least the Carrier this time did not practice metal bending. But sadly, this is last we see of the Carrier model. Moving to Baja and gravel rally, we have two new models being introduced, stand by for the Fruinia motor show!

That was quite a race today. I would love to thank the wonderful driver that took the Wyvern a let it fly swiftly through the narrow streets of Italy on what is most likely the last race for the 1946 Wyvern. While it may not have performed well it was way more than I had expected of it. The Wyvern’s much tamer sibling will be replacing it for the next two races which will be revealed soon enough.

New Pioneer model leaked?
We found this docunent on the ground near Pioneers main manufacturing facility:

Document 67 V

Thank you for reaching out so soon about the Pioneer (redacted). We are in the late stages of design and early stages of production. If changes are required please contact (redacted). Attached is a picture of an early production model.

Thanks, Mr. Mitchell
Ceo of Pioneer

Could this be a new car ready for production, it is unclear. But we will update you in the next publication!

Thank you all for participating again! It was a lot of fun!

I apologize once again for the video quality. I even delayed the transmission start today in an attempt to improve it, but unfortunately, without success. Because of this, I’ll be prioritizing a fix before the next challenge. My last-minute troubleshooting also caused a few issues, such as not being able to display the results table.

Before the next two challenges, we will have another factory car deadline. You can submit one car per factory deadline, but if you’ve participated in multiple factory deadlines and have more than one model in the challenge, you’re free to enter as many of your cars as you’d like in the competitions. I’ll be posting videos of the circuits soon in case you want to test your cars in BeamNG.

Posts, results, videos, and rankings coming soon!

Press release by CBC

"Honestly i was impressed by the driver in the city streets, being able to adapt to a right hand drive Carrier so easy, but we make sure to get him a left hand drive from now on, for more ease.

Also, we’re happy that Carrier did ok in the rally, and it finishing without damage is already an improvement. But the Carrier may rest as we got two new cars being released"

Outsider, cause nothing can hold this bird back!

Meet the CBC Outsider, a small utility truck with a cheap price! A small block V8 beating as it’s heart and able to carry twice it’s weight!

But

We also have our truck ready for the upcoming Baja, with the Outsider Baja!

Quest, for those who care for style and comfort, for less that 10k!

The small Quest, punches above it’s weight by putting the flat six engine in the back, ensuring great space for the driver and passengers! The “Flat Hex Mk3” is a revy engine, ensuring that the driving experience is enough to keep you smiling!

But we also made it able to fight on gravel!

I was very surprised the first time when the Stout blew doors in the time trial, but I’m even MORE surprised the large sedan won the city rally. I thought for sure it’d end up in a wall somewhere. The even bigger Renaissance getting third was also a shock to me.

GGs to all. Time to work on my next entry I guess.

Okay which one of you dolts stole the camera? Film's not cheap you know.

Introducing Dragon Motor Racing’s latest addition to the lineup, The Derg CW (Clipped Wing). The Derg CW is a much more practical and tamer counterpart to the Wyvern, Only featuring a 3.0L inline 6 and having 5 full seats. However even the tamest of dragons still wish to fly. so while the Derg may have it’s wings clipped, it still has enough performance to knock your socks off if you push it!

You are right. It should be available now.

I’m going to allow more time between deadlines, at least for now, since I’m still handling many tasks manually. It’s becoming a bit too much to manage. Apologies for the short notice.

With that said, I’m postponing the next deadline to the 19th.

Circuit Preview for the Baja Rally
I’ll likely shorten this final straight. Probably to about half its current length.

Those who have already sent their cars and would like to use the extra time for improvements, feel free to submit an updated version.

So will the Baja event be based on 1947 cars, or 1951?

baja would be '46 i believe, it’s after each full season (after gravel rally) that we go forward in year. since Rafles hasn’t stated anything on the year change yet

@AKA_NOBUDDY is right. At least for now, let’s advance only one year after the Gravel Rally. For the next two events, we are still in '46. As I mentioned, I’ll create a form to decide on some changes, including how many years to advance per season, but that may take a while.

Speaking of gravel rally,

Gravel Rally Preview!

The rally starts off fast and smooth but finishes with a slow, muddy challenge. A few asphalt sections serve only to link the stages together. I believe the video quality has improved, though I’ll keep refining it. You now have the footage to plan your next cars. I’m now starting the calculations for the last event’s results and rankings—blog post to follow!
