Cadlinn Motors Co

Cadlinn Motors is a traditional carriage buider, with it’s roots going back to the 19th century. In 1897, it started it’s envolvement with horseless carriages. Here’s a pair of vehicles that tell a little about the brand.

The Cadlinn Cedric is the car that settled the number one rule for the brand. From this 1959 car onwards, all of Cadlinn’s vehicles would feature a V12 engine. This one being a 6.3 liter one, fed by a triplet of 2 bbl carburettors, providing a wooping 240hp while running as smooth as the hand made velvet seats the appreciator of this fine machine can enjoy.

And to contrast with one of the older cars produced by Cadlinn, here’s one of the newest. The 2030 Cadlinn Zi-H is the bet of what a Magnata from the future would drive. It’s powered by a 7 liters V12 in transverse FWD configuration, so the internal floor is completely flat. It can be ocupied by 4 or 6 confortable docking/sitting stations that can be positioned anywere on the interior, while the auto-drive system navigates the skyroad. The whole side opens with a simple hand command of the owner, to maximum confort while entering or exiting the vehicle. This is also the car that settled the theme for CSR 88 for me and @GROOV3ST3R, even if it can’t cope with the final rules (and also I’m one of the hosts so wth). It’s very simple design wise compared to the awesome cars being developed for the competition, but hey, everyting have to start somewhere.
