Tach doesn't match RPM in Unreal

Using the new shiny Unreal client, the actual RPM and the tachometer no longer match. I made a 11,700RPM V10, and at true redline (11,700) the tachnometer was reading approximately 7,000RPM, with it scaling at all points (So if the true reading was 5,800RPM, the tachometer would display about 3,500RPM). This held true on both the dyno revving (Auto and Manual control) as well as the test track (The physical RPM reading was fine around the track, and would shift around 11,000RPM, but the tach would still scale approximately 35% less).
