“Wait what? What the hell? Why is that Mustang so fast? I can’t even get close to him! Let alone overtaking him!” - A Koenigsegg Driver, after finished street racing an unidentified tuned version of a Ford Shelby Mustang, possibly a test mule of Cardinal Tuning GmbH.

Kind of looks like a car from Watch Dogs if I’ll be honest. Is it based off it? Cause the car from Watch Dogs shares basically the same name. But your’s is the Jefferson Magnate and not the Global Motors Magnate LE.

Details will be released on or before the press dates.

Shromet dragon?

Yes, a tuned version of it.

To clear up the confusion, I did not copy from others, this is called as Kelly Purple, which is a name for my tuned version of the Shromet Dragon Limited (shoutout to @DoctorNarfy for letting me to tune this beauty). The upgrades are:

  • RPM lifted to 7700 RPM
  • Gear ratio calibration for optimal performace
  • Carbon Ceramic Brake Kit
  • New Android HUD System for rear seats
  • Magnesium Forged Rims
  • Downforce undertray and aerodynamics upgrades

Atlas arrives at the New York International Auto Show with two cars, the new Atlas Zeta Hyper car and the Atlas Omega SUV.

Starting off with the Atlas Zeta, the Latest hyper car to come out of Atlas Automotive.

The Atlas Zeta is a call back to the original Atlas Velocity that was sold in limited numbers back in 1972. Only 6 Atlas Zeta’s have been produced, each model has a plate with the signature of each engineer involved in its creations. The interior is made from high quality Carbon fibre and alcantara(think Sesto elemento) and is hand made just like everything else in the Zeta.

The engine in the Zeta is a 12 cylinder Flat engine(known as the Spirit series of flat egnines), an engine rarely seen in the automotive world anymore. 5.4L of displacement and ceramic titanium turbochargers as well as generous use of light weight titanium and aluminum within the engine itself allow it to reach an astronomical 1,100 BHP at 9900rpm. All that power is put through the C12 Competition Straight cut sequential gearbox and the advanced Razor All wheel drive system.

The brakes utilized are 6 piston brakes with carbon ceramic rotors to handle the extreme power generated by the Spirit flat engine. The Rims are carbon fibre racing rims that see use in several other cars including last years ST-R(which had a 2 model run). Sticky race tires and racing grade Aerodynamics help keep the Zeta glued to the asphalt with an average of 1.47g’s.

The Atlas Zeta is an exclusive car, #000(the car on display) is going to Atlas’ headquarters to sit in the main lobby alongside the original Velocity 7.36 edition, the Atlas Vector V16, and the first Atlas ST-R. The other 5 will be sold to private collectors.

Specs:

Engine: Spirit series 5.4L F12 TFSI DOHC Transmission: C12 Competition Straight cut sequential
Horsepower: 1101 bhp @ 9900 rpm Torque: 691 lb-ft @ 7300rpm
Weight: 2600 lb Skidpad: 1.47g(average)
0-60(mph): 2.2s Topspeed: 233mph(drag limited)
1/4 mile: 9.1s MPG: 8.7

Cost: $1.5 million(USD)

Stick around the Atlas booth to see the Omega SUV coming later during the show!

Daily Notepad 4/10/19 “Blaire and Gremlin Step Out of NYIAS”

Blaire and Gremlin have announced their cancellation from NYIAS and Shanghai due to One company closing down and another (Blaire) having to pull it back for re-designing. Appearance & Mechanical wise. So it wont be shown till Pebble Beach.

Gremlin on the other hand has gone bankrupt and has shut down all operations. So has Quebec.
A moment of silence for these fallen companies.

I’m not so sure about the third one (although turbocharged four-cylinder engines are so common that, in most - but not all - cases, I end up wishing that they could - and should - be replaced by non-turbo engines with more cylinders), but you might be right about the other two for certain applications - it’s actually easier to find a performance car powered by a naturally aspirated engine with >6 cylinders on the used market than in new-car dealerships, which is a shame - and when you do find a non-turbo car on sale right now with 8 or more cylinders, unless it’s a pony car, a full-size truck, or a Chrysler 300/Dodge Charger, it will (almost) always be a six- or seven-figure supercar or hypercar, something that only the likes of Sebastian Vettel, Lewis Hamilton, Max Verstappen, and Daniel Ricciardo will ever be able afford. So it’s nice to see an atmo V8 lurking under the hood of the latest Roamer for a change. But all things considered, 16 mpg (US) combined won’t cut it in this day and age. Even so, the police version of the new Roamer should be tough enough for pursuit duties, judging solely by how it looks.

While I don’t have any cool company lore since I’m awful at writing it, De Vass Automobiles is a pseudo-premium kind of car manufacturer. While they do offer quite comfortable cars with decent performance at affordable prices, De Vass is well known for cutting corners to achieve this. They do so mainly in the tech department (at least for the civilian market). The engines they produce are sometimes not entirely up to date and the chassis and panels aren’t always made of the lightest and most modern materials.

For example, they were still using single point EFI in the early 2000s on some car models, such as the year 2000 Roamer (the police version got multi point injection), because they wanted to keep the price low. They even opted to continue using a ladder chassis for the 2008 Roamer (will be in my thread later) to keep the prices low while offering a comfortable car at a decent price.

MODULE CORPORATION

New York, 2019.

A crowd of people has gathered around Module’s press conference, waiting for the reveal. The lights in the place go out for a brief moment before several clusters of LEDs are fired up, filling the atmosphere with blue and purple light. Activate Your Steel by Megadrive is soon followed by the muffled sound of a v8, as an SUV covered in camouflage drives onto the stand.

A man and a woman, both in skintight neon suits and wearing cyberpunk-looking glasses, get out of the car and start ripping the camouflage off of it, revealing every detail and crevice, sculpted shape and feature in the car. The car’s HUD then writes “XR-20” on the front and rear windshields. The crowd applauds as the CEO of Module walks towards the car and the presentation begins.

THE NEW XR-20: BRINGING FUTURISTIC LUXURY TO CROSSOVERS

The new XR-20 is the purest expression of futuristic comfort and luxury. Futuristic lines, bringing attention from the front to the back and to the front again; a powerful presence, and, most importantly, all the uniqueness you’d expect from a Module. Your SUV has travelled back in time from the future, just for you, and it’s finally yours to enjoy.

A powerful and reliable 5 liter v8 with mild hybridization lies underneath the XR-20’s bonnet, ready to deliver 400 horsepower and return 28.5MPG combined (numbers tested on 91 RON, will improve on premium petrol). Power is delivered smoothly, confidently, and on demand. The 0-62 sprint is completed in only 5 seconds, with the power being sent to the rear wheels only.

GET TO KNOW REAL LUXURY

Synthetic leather seats, comfortable yet futuristic interior finished with alcantara and our famous adjustable LED system, plenty of space for all five occupants and heated seats, advanced infotainment featuring HUD (heads-up display) with hologram-like features and advanced safety. Whenever you’re in a Module, you’re in the future, and the XR-20 is no exception.

Of course, the new XR-20 couldn’t come from the future without featuring level 3 autonomy. And that comes paired with the full set of driving aids with your comfort in long trips in mind: autopilot (requires monitoring from the driver), lane departure assist, automatic emergency braking, fatigue detector…once again, your Module is on your side.

Module is always one step in front of the competition in terms of styling, and that shows in the XR-20. It has a strong concept car feel to it, from the way every element and cue is placed and sculpted to the overall shape, daring to be different. That doesn’t mean we forgot where we came from: the XR-20 pays tribute to previous cars such as the UR-82 and UR-92, as well as share details with the current UR-15.

The new Module XR-20 will start selling in October 2019.

2019 EVGENIS TYPHON

Evgenis are proud to present the all-new generation of the Evgenis Typhon compact executive vehicle at the NYIAS, the next step in ultimate Evgenis motoring, luxury and design. The full reveal is taking place, including the fastback, wagon, ES and brand-new Mayfair model of the Typhon.

Fastback

The new Evgenis Typhon is the first since its launch that will not come with a sedan variant. The fastback design is far more practical for everyday use thanks to easier access to the class-leading capacity boot. All versions of the Typhon will be available in this design, including the standard model range, Mayfair and ES model.

The Typhon will launch with a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine, 3.0-litre turbo petrol engine or a 2.0-litre turbo diesel engine, with more engines, including PHEV and EV, to come in the future. All engines feature MHEV systems and cylinder deactivation to boost fuel economy to unrivalled levels.

The fastback design is sleek and sporty in nature, with aggressive yet tasteful features throughout the exterior of the car. A wide variety of styling packs, alloy wheel designs and colours will be available to the Typhon, with further customisation available through the Evgenis Custom Collection scheme.

The high-quality, “premium, standard” interior shines through in the Typhon, with advanced technology including large infotainment screen and standard digital cockpit across the range, as well the use of high-end materials and exceptional finish to make this a true premium product.

Wagon

For those who search a more active or practical lifestyle, the wagon is the obvious choice. Coming to all markets at launch alongside the fastback model, the wagon shall be offered in most variants, including the new Mayfair model. Much like the fastback, our new more practical approach has allowed to us to also make the wagon a class-leader for load capacity and passenger space.

Much like the fastback, the same range of petrol and diesel engines will be available from launch, with more eco-friendly variants available in the near future.

The fastback design is carried over effortlessly to this wagon design, keeping the crisp lines and aggressive stance, while still looking effortlessly classy and premium.

Again, much like the fastback, the wagon features an exceptionally classy interior with advanced technologies. The wagon features some extra practical features to make like easier, such as electrically-folding 40:20:40 rear seats, electric tailgate as standard, multi-level adjustable boot floor, retractable and stowaway parcel shelf, adjustable dividers, bag hooks and so much more to make your life as easy as possible.

ES-Line

A new design and trim level will be available on the Typhon in both fastback and wagon guises. Unlike most “sports-like” trim levels, this is actually a more sporty variant of the 3.0-litre turbo model of the car. Although there are no power upgrades, improvements have been made to make the driving experience as enjoyable as possible.

The ES-Line improves driving abilities thanks to a LSD, better tyres, a sportier suspension setup and further changes to the electronics of the vehicle to allow for a better driving experience. The ES-Line is only available with the 3.0-litre engine producing a comfortable 300 bhp allowing for comfortable levels of performance available at all times.

Design upgrades are apparent both outside and inside. A more aggressive appearance is instantly recognisable for the ES-Line, as well as it being lower to the ground. Larger alloy wheels, carbon fibre trim pieces and larger vents and rear diffuser all make this look the part. Inside, more vibrant stitching, contrasting seat belts, black roof lining and carbon fibre elements elevate the interior to match the sporting personality.

Mayfair

If sporty isn’t what you are looking for though, perhaps you would be interested in going the other way? The Mayfair line is a brand new addition to the Evgenis brand and is launching on the Typhon, offering an even more extreme luxury experience for those who search for the ultimate levels of comfort.

Solely available once more with the 3.0-litre turbo petrol in fastback variant from launch (more to come in the near future), the Mayfair offers exclusive options that can only be obtained on this model, including special paint colours, exclusive alloy wheel designs and a distincive look on the outside, as well as standard-fit nappa leather in multiple colour choices, extended leather usage in the interior as well as more plush materials for the inside.

The driving experience is also elevated, with the automatic gearbox being tuned to maximise comfort, air suspension and variable dampers assisted by advanced suspension technology that reads the road ahead and prepares the suspension for an incoming bump. Sit down, listen to the music through the 18-speaker audio system, turn on the massage seats, and waft away. Sounds like heaven.

ES

No Evgenis lineup is ever complete without an ES variant, and the Typhon offers exactly that. The Typhon also is the first to offer our brand new, 3.7-litre turbocharged inline-6 engine producing 510 bhp, to replace the 4.0-litre turbocharged V8 used up until now. As of now, Evgenis will no longer offer a V8 on any new model. The new engine is more efficient yet also more powerful than the engine it replaces, a win-win in anybody’s books.

The ES is set to offer unrivalled levels of performance and unbeatable driving experience, clocking in an impressive 1:19 around a certain Airfield track thanks to advanced aerodynamics, fine-tuned suspension and brake setup, as well as the powerful engine mated to a dual-clutch gearbox, allowing this RWD only beast to get from 0-100 kph in 4 seconds and on to a top speed limited to 300 kph (can be optionally removed to increase this to 315 kph)

The ES will not be available from launch, but will arrive in Q4 2019 in all markets and fastback variant only.

After 6 years of the Pulse 6, it’s time to retire it, but not without a bang.
It’s the RMC PST6 (Pulse Sport Turbo), no longer called the Pulse 6 on it’s own, it’s a special model with Adaptive Sports suspension, more advanced tech in safety and comfort and now with turbo charging. The much loved 3.2 i6 got a turbo and is making over 540 hp.

The Price is yet unknown, but since the regular pulse cost around 42k, we can expect this to be near double that.

There will be a limited run of these and they will be sold in small batches until the 2020 Pulse replacement is unveiled.
