I’d felt good about my answers to these first questions, but it’s still a pleasant surprise to be this close to the top, especially given I was equally close to the bottom last year.
We’ll see how long this holds though, I’m not as confident about some of my later answers as I was with these early ones…

The thing is, that with the popularity of crossovers today, I doubt the Aztek would cause such a stir if it was released today. It wouldn’t stand out nearly as much as it did back then.

Yeah, the Aztek was a crossover with split headlights and fastback profile; it was already following present day conventions! (And in my opinion, they’re just as ugly now as they were then :P)

Yeah the ideas behind the Aztek were okay. Split headlights, crossover spacious car whatever, the issue was the execution. It still wasn’t gorgeous, but I think we all can agree that the Aztek was a way more succesful design in concept guise that also looks like it could’ve well been a real car.
Also sidenote; how in the hell was i an ace for saying Dodge Neon for worst american car

Not all that surprising. Depending on the year and trim, the Neon could be a really fun little car. I have fond memories of my father’s mid 90’s Neon, and the ACR coupe I’ve had a chance to race was brilliant.
But the '05 Neon I owned 10 years ago was the biggest automotive mistake I’ve ever done.

I had a dark blue '95 sohc 4dr with the flower lookin hubcaps at one point in my life, it was a cool little car minus the 3 clutches and broken timing belt
