I think I made one of the most compact sports car engines to date…
EDIT: Just realized the incredibly low emissions too - this needs patenting!

Looking good, now just raise the rev limiter, or tone down the turbo size so you get maybe 250hp and spool in the 4-5000rpms, so you can be on boost for at least half your rev range. Depending on your mpg this would be great to go up against a Honda F20c or F22c.
Nice. But…
Over 5 times the cost, over 13 times the Production units and about a third economy… not much use, exept as a pure sprint race engine.
The power/liter is nice though.
1.3L engine with a 9000 RPM redline.
Rotaries are finally in the game?
More my kind of engine. Because of the displacement, it definitely needs to be high revving.
N/A, light, responsive, decent low end torque. Add in cheap and decently good fuel economy and I’m happy.

Actually though, the way a rotary engine’s displacement is calculated is kinda backwards. A 1.3L rotary is more comparable to a 2.6L piston engine
Not enough revs, mate
