3DS Max 2013

hi i’d really like to get 3DS Max 2013 for some modding but when i go here: autodesk.com/education/free-software/3ds-max it only comes up with the 2014-16 versions
can someone please help

First, register or sign in in Autodesk (in the same page that you had put, scroll down a little).

Once you finished this step, go to 2.)Select the free software you want., and select the 3ds max 2013 (choose your version), the language, and the Operating System (Windows x86 or 32 bits: is the same. NO SELECT X64 (64 BITS VERSION), BECAUSE KAJIRA DOESN’T WORK WITH THE X64 VERSION).

And you can enjoy: go to the step 3, and download the installer.

I reccomend the direct download installer without Autodesk download manager (or similar name).

The only issue with that is that Autodesk education only have the 3 newest versions available and since the 2016 version is out, you can no longer get a education licences for a 2013 version.

If you already have a licences it looks like you can re-download it from their account manager.

And on that note, seeing as 32bit 3dsmax is now an endangered species, is there any chance the Kajira Exporter will get 64bit compatibility?

The plugin also works with 2010 and 2012. 32bits also I imagine.

Anyway, the problem should somewhat fix itself with the switch to UE4.

thanks for the replys guys

can’t wait for the new engine
