How the championship works & Championship Rules

It is very important you fully read and understand the following document at least once. This explains how the championship works, how points are given out, along with all of the rules we will enforce. Please read this before entering any round this season, even if you have entered previous seasons as we have a few new rules, and also skim read this every round for new rules which will be highlighted in blue.

Please, pay close attention to the full 👉 Championship Rules .

Background to the round

The year is 2007, the financial crisis just hit in like a bomb, and what used to be a very well paying office job, has now degraded to just a well paying office job. This means your dream of owning a Ferrari will have to wait a bit longer, but you still need to get around, and you don’t want to be seen in one of those plebeian German sedans. You want something faster, more prestigious, and did I mention faster.

Audi R8

Aesthetics brief

Often a bit more understated as the fancy Italian supercars, but can hold their own on the track. It’s still the 00s, so a hint of blobject is advised.

Inspiration cars: Audi R8 V8, Nissan GT-R, Chevrolet Corvette C6, Dodge Viper ZB II

Well, with my usual displeasure to beam challenges, here are a list of questions.

Why is having an invisible chassis not allowed?
Why is ET/PU still being used in current day automation?
To add to that, if you have ET/PU limits, why limit quality?
Engine service costs have a limit, but no limit to overall car SVC?

The aero rules suck, quite simply. Why are you limited to size of the fixture, when they all come in completely different sizes? You’re already limited the amount of them in the first place. How do diffusers work if you can’t place them below the axle line in this randomly drawn image you have?
Also, this might be the most stupid rule I’ve ever seen written down:

The fuck is this? why? Do you want a civic with a massive wing, or do you want something like an R8 you posted?

Having to join a discord for this is a massive pain. For the things you plan to “update” ie, if certain bodies are allowed, why doesn’t that get cross posted here as well? asking to use mod bodies is laughable, why not just post a list of stuff that’s banned already and go from there?

Requiring us not to use a standard intake for a regular road car (even a high-performance one) makes little sense - just allow us to use any intake/exhaust manifold other than the racing intake/headers instead.

Also, the combined techpool allocation for $20m is a bit too tight for me.

@abg7 @Riley I recommend both of you to join the server and discuss the matter with the host who created the rules.

I could answer your questions here on their behalf, but I’d rather neither partake in speculation nor outright spread misinformation.

Download this (GreenHellTrackPackV1.zip - Google Drive) thing and unpack it into “Tracks” folder in your Automation folder.

It’s the same folder where you have your exports.

Users\YOUR_NAME\AppData\Local\AutomationGame\Saved\UserData

Finally, I can play with custom track for first time! I was been told the update broken this.

Hey, do anyone old version that used work long time will still work?
