How the championship works & Championship Rules

Background to the round
Itβs the 1990s, and supercars are all the rage. But some manufacturers wanted to
produce the fastest cars the world had ever seen, with insane speed capabilities
and price tags to match. This challenge to make the fastest production car led to
the crazy fast and agile Ferrari F40 and F50, the poster child Lamborghini Diablo,
the quad turbo monster Bugatti EB110, and the fastest car in the world, the McLaren F1.
These cars typically are really expensive, high tech, and use advanced materials in the
search for less weight and more power. Itβs your job to create a legendary hypercar and
race the factory machine along the coast of Italy.

Aesthetics brief
Itβs still the 90s, so cars were generally still quite blobject, even to some degree the
hypercars, so keep that in mind. Also, no LEDs yet, and most saved money by taking off the
shelf parts from other cars, most notably lights, which sometimes caused some quirky designs.
Scoring for the round
