Hello i accidentally activate my preorder on a account that i could not play in game im not banned or anything but the account is real, It said user name not found but that account was a real account. 
my user name that wont log into the game is lollime
Make sure your username is typed in the correct case, if that doesnāt fix it, try reseting the password for that account via the forums.

Nah, he has another account, spelt that way and with an activated copy.
Yeah you have to spell Lollime with an uppercase L else it wonāt work.
