Affordable High Performance Sedan

I was in the mood to create a sedan with V8 engine. The car is intended to be a somewhat affordable high performance sedan. I created it in less than 30 minutes. What do you think? Any suggestions to improve the car?

The engine is a 5.7L turbocharged OHV V8 using Direct Injection.

Here’s the engine. I hit the 3 file attachment limit in my previous post.

Is a twin turbo affordable? I personally would remove the turbos and, expand the engine or move the camshafts to the heads fitting a long stroke crankshaft will boost power, efficiency, and will improve RON rating slightly as well.

Manche raises a good point there, I believe. Your engine not the best ratio or price/performance and you could maybe play around with the tail of the car a bit more… I am sure you can come up with an exciting back end!

Good point. I tried recreating the NA version of it. This time with with OHC.

Definitely better! Now look at the service costs per year…would you want to pay that?

Thanks  Any idea on reducing service cost except moving to standard intake? It still gives me $2000ish service cost per year.

I think that’s fine, a performance sedan with a big V8 is never gonna be really cheap on service costs
