That is, are there any car bodies that won’t be able to made into a highly competitive vehicle in any of the segments? Seems like some bodies are just not good for anything aside from satisfying player aesthetics, but maybe I am missing their niche.
Most probably not, and they never will be perfectly balanced as that is an unachievable standard. 
Of course game balance is in no way final either.
