Automation Board Challenge Tracker

Er, probably better I didn’t. Last time I did that chaos ensued.

Then again last time I did that I was an MMO moderator and the person I gave access to kind of had a shonky track record for being a bit mischievous. I really should have used my discretion

Ambulance challenge is dead. I got bored halfway through. Its a thing I’m working on, don’t judge me.

Not so sure if it’s the proper topic for the following, but I would be interested in making a GT Challenge, which would work in a similar way to the AMWEC and the real-life Blancpain Endurance Series.

We would have various classes running in for the championship on a similar schedule to the BES Sprint, which would mean having GT2/GT3/GT4 cars running at the same time for an hour and a half or so.
I’ll probably look forward into making it as realistic as possible. Means I’m far from decided about what kind of calculations I’d be running for, even though I’ve got an idea.

I am just posting here to see if I would have anybody interested to take part on it. Chances are the Challenge shouldn’t be ready for a huge while, unless I can find someone willing to help me running the competition.
I’ll be willing to get quite involved if I see enough potential entrants. So for any questions, send me a PM. I’ll be willing to answer it

@iRaptor: I’d suggest making a fresh thread about that, it’s worth discussing first and there’s limited opportunity to do that on this thread.

I’ve updated the list again (updates will probably only happen every few days or so until after Feb 22nd). Hosts, please check your challenge status, and let me know if I got it wrong.

Engine Sourcing 1985 seems to be missing - open until midnight EST one week from today.

That omission has now been amended!

I’m no longer tracking these events closely for the next week or so due to final exam prep, but will check this thread. So if you see an error or want your tournament put on the list, please post as Packbat has done, with a link to your thread and all the relevant information.

Holy Toledo Design Challenge, open till noon PST Saturday the 20th…

KOH midnight March 13 Mountain.

DTM 1996 is missing.

AVUS Berlin 91 is completed and Got rice is now in unknown territory I guess, or at least pending.

I’m not updating the board without links as I literally don’t have time to go through and update as yet. Most likely the next update to the board will happen next Wednesday (after I sit my exam, travel back, do my extra long shift the day after, and mop up the aftermath the day after that).

What do you need links for if stuff is already on the list? If this reffers to DTM than this is it automationgame.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=7918
No rush, just wanted to point out some things you may overlooked or didn’t have time to check.

The deadline of my competition is the 28Th February.

strop. what have been updated and what haven’t on the OP?
i seem to have some free time for the next couple of days.

i’ll try to make an updated version on this post. or the post after this.

Ha, I don’t know, because for the last week or so I’ve only updated what’s mentioned in this thread. It’s difficult for one user to monitor the entire section on a daily basis.

My next comprehensive update and clean of this list will be on the 24th, so until then, additional information would be helpful.

Engine Sourcing 1985 is complete!

'16 ARC Part 2: viewtopic.php?f=39&t=9583

In Rule Clarification Stage.

I shall be properly updating the list this weekend! Until then there may be a few inaccuracies.

The Young Norwegian Car Enthusiast (YNEC) is completed: viewtopic.php?f=39&t=9099
Designing The Future (DTF) is open: viewtopic.php?f=39&t=9470

Love the tracker, let us know what you need to help keep it updated

Ok, back in business. Tracker is back up to date, as far as I can tell.

If I’ve made any errors or omissions, please inform me by posting here. Note that I’ve changed a number of tournament statuses to “unknown”, if you see yours there, please rectify this ASAP!
