Now. I want to say thank you to 6 tester of the challenge, that includes mer_at, NormanVauxhall, Der Bayer, Drake, strop and Leonardo9613. I also want to thank Leo for the table that make the result table much nicer and easier to make. And lastly I want to thanks everybody who participates, without you guys this wouldn’t be a possibility.
It seems that sayonara’s table strongly suggests that power to weight was instrumental to overall performance, which isn’t that surprising as many of the tracks were more straights variously punctuated with corners rather than, say, suzuka or brands hatch. That, and that Leo decided to go just as nuts on power as I did, would be the only reason I got away with using MacPherson front and rear
The format turned out to be a great idea, an added challenge of balancing age and cost. Thanks for hosting Conan!

I’m pretty sure he was mentioning the fact that he didn’t censor your car’s name

I guess that was my short falling, I just had this power number that I wanted to get, I didn’t care for drivability or anything else, well, I didn’t have money to do it, even if I wanted to. My biggest issue was not paying close attention to the track list, I focused on Pikes Peak, therefore my car has lots of downforce, something that wasn’t really useful for 6 of the other tracks…oops.
