Hi there Wizzy, dunno why but I cannot see the additional info (in most models) clicking on ‘view all models’ option . That’s not a big problem per se… but I’m unable to check/uncheck the checkbox ‘view in profile’.
Seizing this post, a new model in AutomationHub - Cerro TS - (in this one the additional info box is working fine).
I see… Weird indeed as I don’t happen to see this particular issue occuring in other companies.
Let me investigate what exactly goes wrong and solve it for you.
I spotted the problem. Could you edit the particular car, copy the text, delete the text and save the car.
Then go back into editing the car, paste the text back in and save it again?
This should fix it. It seems the database had a corrupt entry for your Banse car and therefor made the rest act weird.

Hello. I just bought the game yesterday after several months of watching people play and build cars in the game. I don’t feel like making a company thread for a test car, because I really have intention of putting this car in the model line up.
Naturally the first car I built was a mid engined supercar.
At its heart is a 5 liter Naturally Aspirated V8 producing 640 horses. I didn’t use direct injection or anything fancy schmancy like 100 octane fuel, because 600 horses is well more than enough power to satisfy anybody.
So what do you think? Ugly? Wonderful? Automotive abomination? Bland? Do tell.
Also how do you get the game to run on a GPU instead of integrated? And how do you get steam community screenshots to show anything more than “image” text?
Great you bought the game. As for the car, its a great start. It looks a bit ‘general’, but some more playing around with the fixtures gives you some inspiration and creative ideas hopefully.
If you feel like showing off cars, whether or not they are for a company, make sure you sign in to AutomationHub (click my banner under this post) and register there.
As for your question on the GPU bit. When you run nVidia, you can open the control center, and set the .exe of Automation to use the ‘Powerful nVidia graphics chip’.
As for the Steam images, I’m not sure what you mean, but if the text is something like an URL (img.thisisyourcarsimage.com/lots … andnumbers) you can try to post it here with the image tags. YOUR IMAGE URL HERE.

Oh I’m sorry, I didn’t read the thread title and should’ve posted this somewhere else. I thought this was the place for your generic designs, turns out it wasn’t.
Reason I’m posting this car here rather than start a thread on my company, is that it…among others I’m still …trying to learn, even with all the time I’ve spent on this game.
Encouraged (sorta) by two community challenges I missed due in no small part because of health and work issues (which also explains why I’ve been more a ghost than I usually am around here)…one is a car that while more expensive than the challenge, was my attempt to get a car with a V8 able to make 30mpg (US) at a minimum.
After re-reading fuel requirements onwards IRL, I decided to push it a step forward by going for 35mpg with this mid size sedan (if it can be called that).
The Weiler Kato is still in development, but I suppose I’m curious to what others think, be it’s aesthetics, the engine/drive train choices…or really the car in general.
I am a bit …concerned about it’s looks.
While it wasn’t as if I’ve had my eyes closed when viewing cars, this game has made me take a look at them again in a different light, in my attempt to make my car…look like a damn car. Granted it could be me not having the right tools yet when I see other people with their cars, I figure I must be 'doing it wrong no matter how I’m going about it (particularly with tail-lights). I don’t know…maybe I’m not so bad…maybe I’m nuts. Tried to aim for a functional but minimalist approach given I still kinda suck at this…
Ranting aside…what do you all think?
Sorry for not speaking on the earlier cars…tried several times and the one time I did…I lost the data and I’m a little too angry at myself (for doing so and only realizing afterwards) to try and write it down again.
I feel like the rear on this one is missing a little something, but playing around with other additions didn’t seem to quite fit. It’s quite likely that one of these two cars, or a combination of design elements from each, will influence my upcoming Useese Automobili brand range that I’m working on.
As with the above post, feedback welcome and encouraged.
I cant validate my Automation Hub account. I converted my original automation to a steam key and today i have tried to create an account. I have tried to validate using steam ID and display name but neither work, and sometimes it goes to this screen: s7.postimg.org/mfn2219qz/automation.png, wizzy can you help please.
Spent half an hour or so on a Grand Tourer and came up with this. Intended for the Maserati/Merc SL/DB9 sub-class, with a N/A 4.0 V8 and a 7-spd double-clutch transmission. Cost came to $40,200 and 300 production units…
It Comes with the 5 Speed Chrylser Manual Transmission. The Car uses the Chrysler 2.2 Liter I4 Naturally Aspirated Engine. I Had to cheat in order to make the engine fit, so i Mounted it Longitudinally. I made the Car All wheel drive, then sent 100% Of the power to the front wheels, to make the engine fit in the car. I could find No documentation about the Springs used in the 85 Omni, so i just took a guess. The Weight of the Car is pretty much spot on, so i’m pretty pleased with that. I Could Not however, match the gas mileage
