Hi all. I’ll be using this thread from now on to show off some of the cars I make.
For fun, I tried recreating my car within Automation to see how close I can match the styling and performance.
Here’s a reference pic of my 2016 Camaro:
And here’s what I was able to make with Automation using no add-ons of any sort:
I wasn’t able to completely recreate some of the body designs, including the front grille, wheels, taillights, and rear lip spoiler (which is why I used a small wing instead). The engine is very close, although the current version of Automation doesn’t include twin-scroll turbos. In real life, the turbo would be fully spooled at 2000 RPM. Acceleration and quarter mile time are accurate to real life, but handling, weight, and braking are a bit overestimated in the game, as well as MPG being underestimated (most likely due to the lack of twin-scroll turbos).
Here is my latest creation: the DeLuxor Ultimate.
It is an extremely prestigious vehicle, powered by a very powerful yet very efficient 6.0L twin-turbo V12. It produces 609hp, and also returns 27.1 MPG average on 93 octane (98 RON) fuel. Impressive for a vehicle that weighs 2048kg.
The 6.0L V12 revs very high to have a very flat power curve, and the twin turbos spool quickly to produce peak torque all the way down at 2500 RPM.
Now, I’m not the greatest designer, but ti certainly looks decent with only default trim pieces and no mods used.
It also performs decently for its size. In fact, it also scores just over 100 as a Hypercar.
Today, I bring you guys my latest creation: the 2018 Eagle S6SE!
This all-new compact sports sedan brings no compromises to neither performance nor fuel efficiency. Power comes from a 3.0L turbocharged direct injection inline-6 that produces 399 bhp, mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox that sends that power to the rear wheels via a limited slip differential. 0-60 MPH happens in just 4.6 seconds, with an electronically limited top speed of 168 MPH. High performance is also met with exceptional fuel economy, attaining an average of 46 MPG combined. Get yours today!
