And sorry to ask but if i make an old car with some modifications, but i dont change the engine, does it need to apply with Emissions tests? Or just safety?
I didn’t set any emission standards, so that side you’re fine, safety wise, it is one of the priorities so it’s scaled for ranking essentially.

'95 WM Deus 500S

What happens when there’s no car that fits your director’s rigid requirements? Simple, build your own. Using the Chassis and suspension of a 1974 Ramlot Ambassador and the engine from a 1987 Monroe Hawk, this all gives you the basis, but the car still needs to look the part. Well, that’s where a custom-made body shell comes in.
Designed to over-exaggerate the style of the late 50s, and whilst the actual engine used is a V8, This car claims to use a much more exotic engine. Just whatever you do, don’t have a serious collision with this car, as if you do, You wouldn’t even be identified by dental records.
[This car solely exists as I feel like a Fallout inspired car would fit as a villain’s car rather well.]

What would fit a villain better than a late 60s Muscle Car…
Let me present to you a modified version of the 1969 Novara Raptor, with its hideaway headligts and mean look it is perfect for this role.
This version still has the original 6.8L V8 engine with fuel injection (360 hp), but it has a more modern five-speed manual transmission, modern safety upgrades, sportier suspension, and aerodynamic upgrades. P-C Tuning GMBH 1965 Muscle car
Picture clear tuning GMBH proudly presents: a 1965 Denver-Aurora GT which was tuned to use in a movie set by a stunt crew.
What was changed on the model 1965 to bring it up to 1995 standard:
Engine trim:
- Engine was up bored from 6800cc to 7000cc
- Forged crank, conrods, and pistons were installed.
- Car still uses carburetor, however it was swapped to a more reliable, more powerful, and more up to date version.
- Fuel system was adjusted for engine to use Premium 95 unleaded fuel.
- 3 way catalytic converter was installed.
- Engine specs have changed from original 290 horsepower to 325.
Car trim:
- Installed modern auto-manual 5 speed gearbox
- Helical LSD was installed.
- Special wheels which look era correct but have modern performance were installed.
- Heavy duty rims were installed.
- Modern breaks were installed.
- Electric steering and traction control systems were installed.
- Special type of safety equipment was installed - entire car now exceeds 1995 safety standard.
- Special suspension systems were installed, including assisted offroad mode.

Can I put 2 aereo fixtured on the front and 2 in the rear, but on the rear there is one wing and one diffuser, or do I have to put two downforce in the front max?

When you say to put a story, what do you mean exactly? Like, do I tell the backstory of the villain or the thing with the package and delivery driver?

It didnt have a badge. It didnt have chrome. It didnt have a real license plate: It was a 2-ton shadow that could sustain 250km/h without breaking a sweat.
It wasnt build to race; it was built to end races. It became known as Black Wall…

One day, someone spotted the car at 2:30 AM, and he has seen the owners of the car… they were preparing to enter yet another race…

They weren’t gangsters, and they weren’t police; they moved with the quiet coordination of contractors, and wherever the sedan was spotted, someone had recently gone missing, usually a courier, a driver, or a person who had taken a job they didn’t fully understand. One account described a small-town intersection at 2:43 in the morning, where a delivery driver stopped at a red light and finally noticed four headlights filling his mirrors, the black sedan perfectly centered behind him. Among those who lived on the road, a saying began to spread: you don’t race it, you don’t outrun it, and if the Nightmare Unit settles into your mirror, the journey is concluded.
