And sorry to ask but if i make an old car with some modifications, but i dont change the engine, does it need to apply with Emissions tests? Or just safety?
I didn’t set any emission standards, so that side you’re fine, safety wise, it is one of the priorities so it’s scaled for ranking essentially.
thank you for not setting emissions, that shi is evil i swear

'95 WM Deus 500S
$45k AMU of full-size luxury sedan, with a 400bhp 5.0L V8 driving the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual gearbox and helical LSD.
A subtle yet effective aero kit keeps the car planted on the road, even at freeway speeds.
It may be the junior performance trim compared to the 720, but it’s still one mean machine.
‘59’ Armega Atom-Arrow’, Legally registered as a 1974 Ramlot Ambassador
What happens when there’s no car that fits your director’s rigid requirements? Simple, build your own. Using the Chassis and suspension of a 1974 Ramlot Ambassador and the engine from a 1987 Monroe Hawk, this all gives you the basis, but the car still needs to look the part. Well, that’s where a custom-made body shell comes in.
Designed to over-exaggerate the style of the late 50s, and whilst the actual engine used is a V8, This car claims to use a much more exotic engine. Just whatever you do, don’t have a serious collision with this car, as if you do, You wouldn’t even be identified by dental records.
[This car solely exists as I feel like a Fallout inspired car would fit as a villain’s car rather well.]
1969 Novara Raptor
What would fit a villain better than a late 60s Muscle Car…
Let me present to you a modified version of the 1969 Novara Raptor, with its hideaway headligts and mean look it is perfect for this role.
This version still has the original 6.8L V8 engine with fuel injection (360 hp), but it has a more modern five-speed manual transmission, modern safety upgrades, sportier suspension, and aerodynamic upgrades. Paired with a new performance exhaust and sporty tires for maximum grip, you’ve got a ride that even the devil would be proud to drive.
im a bit late but i was wondering, will production cars get a bonus over movie-built cars in scoring?
Nope, not in rules or priorities, so no bonus there.
A unique build i’d say has a better chance even since this is what i said

Can I put 2 aereo fixtured on the front and 2 in the rear, but on the rear there is one wing and one diffuser, or do I have to put two downforce in the front max?
there’s no rules on this so do as you may, but keep it grounded
When you say to put a story, what do you mean exactly? Like, do I tell the backstory of the villain or the thing with the package and delivery driver?
What theme your car is going to fit in? pitch the villains who gonna be driving it
The “Black Wall”
Story
In the autumn of 1995, romors began circulating among the illegal street racing circuits of the USA. Drivers of modified Supras and Porsches were reporting a “black wall” that would appear in their rearview mirrors at 3:00 AM.
It didnt have a badge. It didnt have chrome. It didnt have a real license plate: It was a 2-ton shadow that could sustain 250km/h without breaking a sweat.
It wasnt build to race; it was built to end races. It became known as Black Wall…
The heart.… a german 6.0L V12 making 430hp…
One day, someone spotted the car at 2:30 AM, and he has seen the owners of the car… they were preparing to enter yet another race…
There were three, they dont work for the Mob… they are contractors.
The “Package” is their biggest payday yet, and they need to take it from a failing delivery guy…
Are resubmissions allowed?
Also since the thing with custom cars wasnt 100% clarified.
i’ll allow it, as long as it’s on the same post. otherwise i’ll look at the oldest post
Drakus 620 Kompressor “Nachtmahr Unit”
Lore
A black sedan was spotted on the Hetvesian Autobahn. Drivers said it never flashed its lights, never swerved, never showed impatience; it just followed with a strange, mechanical calm. Under the hood, according to those who claimed to know was a 6.2 liter supercharged V8. There was also talk of the three people inside it, individuals seen at payphones, roadside motels, and industrial lots on the outskirts of cities, watching traffic with the patience of professionals. They weren’t gangsters, and they weren’t police; they moved with the quiet coordination of contractors, and wherever the sedan was spotted, someone had recently gone missing, usually a courier, a driver, or a person who had taken a job they didn’t fully understand. One account described a small-town intersection at 2:43 in the morning, where a delivery driver stopped at a red light and finally noticed four headlights filling his mirrors, the black sedan perfectly centered behind him. Among those who lived on the road, a saying began to spread: you don’t race it, you don’t outrun it, and if the Nightmare Unit settles into your mirror, the journey is concluded.
