Bavarian Rallye Challenge: The Real Deal [FINISHED]
how would that work in the slightest? Watch a stream of a little blue car driving through six very long stages, multiple times? Sounds cool…
Not gonna lie I’d watch that, with some commentary or a chatroom it could be pretty decent

Not quite the same thing, but I record all my car builds and upload them to youtube, you can find the link to my car manufacturer thread in my signature. The later builds all have a full test lap around the Airfield test track. I don’t do commentary though. Not often, anyway.

The builds for this competition are not in my thread though, as I haven’t finished them yet.

*) re-submit neccessary because of aero-bug
**) currently disqualified, one last chance given

Everyone not marked with one or two stars has passed scrutineering.

If you are not in the list but sent me your files before this post, please let me know. It is not impossible that I forgot you.

Because we have some time before the entry window closes (deadline was set to Sunday because of the aero bug and the needed re-submits), I also decided to give the currently disqualified people one more (last) chance. Why not. PMs will arrive in the inboxes of the disqualified people soon.

Seriously? There’s only ONE TEAM??? I’m in a team, but we are yet to send our entries. :stuck_out_tongue:

I didn’t join a team because, last BRC, I basically limited myself to what my company would theoretically had access to. This time around, I wanted to see how good I’d do if I went with going full out.

Žnoprešk have submitted their entries.

The Žnoprešk Zeta RP1100

and the Žnoprešk Zoom RP1000.

The client version of the engines are available on the dedicated thread of the Žnoprešk Reparto Performance.

My Super 1000 entry.

Fully hand crafted interior with premium sound, advanced safety devices and just enough sound proofing so that you can still hear the engine while listening to the music without the engine being overpowering. Because a happy driver, is a good driver.

Still comes in exactly at 800kg.

Other drivers can eat their heart out.

When the game is finished I plan on making this a production model car. Lets see how it does in the contest.
Maybe they think a loudness of 83 is incredibly bad and want to cover it up, or incredibly good and want to keep it a secret?
Also it looks like the weight is 198kg, but I’m not so sure of that one
That would still be light compared to the engine for my BRC 1100 entry. That thing weighs in around 220kg.

My Super 1000 car is ready; however, as it turns out, my inline-6 NA engine for BRC 1100 doesn’t fit in any engine bay I’ve tried so far.

Well, it’s nearly 4am here, so better leave it for later.

I’m pretty sure the massive Limousine body has not been submitted by anyone if you are wanting to be unique

Submitted my entries, the lethal EGT-92H and the even more lethal EGT-Žnoprešk 881K, powered by a 108KW Žnoprešk engine

Conan Cars presents, on it’s Bavarian Rallye Challenge debut, 1992 Conan Estate CE 1800R TT.

The first ever rally car to be practical. Nicknamed ‘The Fastest Shopping Trolley’, it’s made for maximum boot space, good reliability, ergonomics, comfortableness, and safety. It’s made totally not for those phallic numbers such as horsepower, cornering grips, acceleration, lap times, etc. etc. There’s nothing pretentious about it, it’s just a simple, pleasant, easy to use, reliable, and economical family estate. It seats 5 and the dogs can come too!

With a 4 cylinder, 1.8 litre CONANTECH™ engine. It’s smooth, easy to maintain, economical, and very environmentally friendly.

Wat? Automobile 1992 Best Wagon Car Award winner.
Driver&Auto 1992 Most Practical Car Award winner.
Max Cog Magazine 1992 Best Estate Car Award winner.
Motorfad Magazine 1992 Awards: Dave Fryburger’s Wagon of Choice.
Caravanners Magazine, Tow Car of The Year 1992 Award winner.

BRC1100 entry done, still debating the merits of a Super entry…probably not.

And then he makes a half arsed Super 1000 car. Thrown together, should be a learning experience in patience.

I don’t think being a choice for caravaner’s is something to be proud of =)

Being tow-car of the year automatically makes it the worst car of 1992. :stuck_out_tongue:

Just wait until you have a project car, you’ll have to retracted that statement.

We’ll see

I’ll just leave a bit of information here for you to considered. Towing requires just 2 things. First, torque down low, second, short gearing.

Just submitted my entry for the BRC 1100, the CMC Diablo BRC 1100. 440 bhp of pure NA power (no turbo lag ) in a 1100.0 kg, AWD sports coupe.
