Why are there fewer entries for the Super 1k?
Because I received fewer entries.

I should have asked “why are fewer people entering Cars for the Super 1000?”. I ask because the BRC 1100 car took a lot more effort and time to get right then the Super 1000.
All the people see “Powwaaaahhh” and then fail horribly at building a driveable car. It’s definitely easier to be somewhat good in the Super 1000.
I guess people don’t like having lower limits to comply with… 
To clarify, May 4? That should be enough time, but we’ll have to see what happens.
On the Super 1000 subject, seriously, why so few entries? Making something for the Super 1000 class was a lot more fun than the BRC 1100, and it breaks a lot of boundaries.

What does dq for brake quality mean? I don’t recall any restrictions on brake type.
He used the quality sliders (not allowed).
I hate myself for sending in my submission too fast, for the BRC 1100 I submitted an inline 6, realizing i also could use a V8 (among other things), and now it makes more hp than the submitted one…

Sucks, right. I bet he thought there was a limit on the brake pad type like you, and didn’t think to change the quality.
I entered only the BRC 1100, because it’s my first try for a competition so far and I have no experience in building cars for more reasons as my own fun. So my only goal is to don’t get last. 
I also had little knowledge of engines when I entered the Shakedown BRC, and still I expected to finish somewhere in the middle of the pack. But I was rock bottom for every single stage. I guess it was my fault for thinking too highly of my frankly amateur efforts…
But I know a little more now and hopefully me and my team have a good chance!

To clarify, Der Bayer, do I just need to prefix my engine, platform, and model with (class here) and (CNSpots1)?
I had been hesitating to join this time around due to the more complicated submission form.
Entered Super 1000 with a limousine lets see how this goes… 
I think you need to name your files (Class) - (Username or Team Name) then you can put anything after that, it’s just so when Der Bayer goes to lap all the cars, everything is in alphabetical order and it makes things easier.
