freaking instant crash… 30+% on the start… hope shattered right within 5 seconds after the start.
dropped to 40s, pitted for damage, few laps, pitted for tire. i effectively started from 56th…
22nd are pretty good actually…
well gonna suggest if a car run out of fuel in pit lane then the driver should be able to pull his car to pit crew to refuel and continue. maybe too late but can be used for next season
4th. not bad for a fucked up first pitstop after 30mins. they sent me out on inters again(!), just to change to slicks 10 minutes later.
but a pretty good result for that.
Also, very cool stream today.

A fairly large crash early on combined with poor strategy meant i finished lower than i wouldve liked in 29th

28th, first points in BRC ever. A couple of crashes in the opening laps, went straight into the top 30 after loads of people pitted ~lap 16.
Unplanned pitstop at lap 36 messed up strategy, but allowed us to break the 1 minute mark for lap times.
Worked way up the filed in the last 30 mins before almost getting a DNF due to lack of fuel, but was saved by a last minute fuel stop. Could have been better, but 2 points is 2 points so 
Excellent commentary and I’m loving the use of the fact files. Really adds something extra to the racing, especially whenever you say “We’re hearing from the pits that…”

I’m gonna answer all your questions and complaints tomorrow. I can understand that a few of you might be very upset. So am I, as not a single of the issues occurred in the test races I did.

Excellent race everybody, thanks to @Der_Bayer and all the commentators. The stream was superb.
About the walls around my pit area… I did send something over to @Pyrlix but it may not have been, uh, technical enough. I’ll try to find time to make sensible notes before the next one.
Two crashes and an unplanned pit… I really did think it was all over for a while there.
Edit: Also, pat on the back to @TheBobWiley. Bad, bad luck. Can’t say I would have wanted you breathing down my neck at the end there, but your car is definitely fast enough that it would have been.

Mine did the exact same thing right behind you, I believe if it had been one lap later I would have filled the tank and replaced my second stop

@Der_Bayer I can’t explain some of my pit stops. The car pitted with 5% tyre wear and the tyre wear was also listed as the reason, despite the threshold being set to 30%. Happened multiple times. Can’t explain myself. Help.
I think the pit stop times i got, 0.2 seconds where a glitch.
I consumed slightly more fuel than in practice, which combined with the early rain dropoff led to me pitting right at the begin of my planned window, and then pit again in lap 86 because I was low on fuel. Dropped from 5th to 9th.
Still, didn’t expect to go top 10, overall it worked out well. (Though, I gained some positions due to bugs)
