BRC 1976 - Under Pressure [E8-Q]

Thank you very much for the reply, will be doing like others and take screenshots of strats so I can remember what I sent

It’s too early to tell exactly who will win the title, but there are so many strong entrants I am not sure exactly which one(s) to put my money on!

Hopefully with a fixed strategy I won’t give up 11 places at the end of the race again.

Look out @NormanVauxhall were coming!

being 45th in the race is totally fine with me… i’m definitely not depressed, yeah, a 1:01 time and 45th is fine…:worried:

@Der_Bayer How’s debugging? Can we get excited for P&Q this week or is it too soon?

I cannot promise anything yet.

I wish i had used my 500 kg chassis with my car. but then i could only use a 50 hp engine tops because the brc tool doesn’t allow cars with way too high of a power to weigh ratio.

Engine volume <-> weight.
Power <-> weight was the previous BRC.

oh. okay. i was screwed from the beginning anyways.

Just learn from your mistakes in the 198X race

Actually, awesome if someone had done this  You can get about 80hp from a 270cc I4 Turbo, its hard to make it into the 10% time margin though.

I have not forgotten to do the car reviews, they are just delayed because of an unexpected guest.

Sorry. I dumb.

Awesome race, sadly my car was too thirsty :frowning: next race.
Best commentary in whole brc.

No worries, the season is only just underway anyway!

I have a 1 liter wonder engine that makes about 150 hp. it probably needs a 700 kg car to use it. @FrankNSTein

And drinks more than my car!

N/A or turbo?

635 kg is N/A or 725 for a turbo I believe

A turbo.

It would be interesting to see how a super lightweight would do, although I imagine it would be absolutely dead last anywhere with longish straights

Not to mention the utter annihilation it would experience in a crash.
