so many bump and so many drifting, because rain
This was a smooth race for Team Seishido, the strategy didnât work that great but, as long as the race result is better than the qualifying, thatâs a success for me! (Also our awesome driver didnât vomit this time!)
I had a good race finishing 12th after qualifying 28th. Couldve possibly finished 8th without the very late pit for wets but still im happy with that result.
I have to admit it was quite tense and fun to see who would come out on top. I thought we are going to catch up @pHanta together. For you gaining 10 places is quite good but for me after qualifying 11th coming out on 30th after crashing with @CWRules this duel is the only thing I enjoy looking back to.
@austrogalant Yeah, shame about that crash. Then again, it was such a tight track. That kind of thing was gonna happen at some point, annoying that it knocked you back so far .
Glad you enjoyed the duel though! Most of the ErinSport pit crew were just so excited to be battling a superior car

To anybody not understanding the pit stops you made or need help setting up your strategy in the future: Feel free to post your questions here. But not: Why did my car pit so early? More like: My strategy was set up in this and that way, why did my car pit in this and that lap (at x tyrewear and y track humidity and z damage).
Information overload with all of the data from the race. Happy to say my spreadsheet shows a 1 minute difference overall from the actual race results when the unwanted-unplanned stops are added into it. I am very happy, I just have to get the weather prediction dialed in.
Fantastic race, finish in the area I was hoping/expecting without any unforeseen events. Too bad I did not hit properly with my pit strat, if I hadnât missed that it wouldâve been a dogfight at the end with @AirJordan but kudos to you for having better predictions
I think I figured out why my driver drove for so long without pitting at 80% damage. Iâm guessing the damage threshold doesnât override the no-pitting percentage?
I guess not. My car also didn´t pit until the window for unplaned stops opened despite being damaged over 40 %. But wasn´t an issue since it only stayed out for another couple of laps
this
No it does not. During no-pitting percentage you will only pit if you run out of fuel. Nothing else overrides it.
I suppose I shouldâve asked if that was the case beforehand. Oh well; with that crash at the start I was never going to finish too far up the order anyway.
The rain coming on early could not have been predicted, I was actually planning for it to come 5-11 laps before my second stop and replace it, instead it was 2 laps before my first stop and replaced that instead, lucky for me but unlucky for those who already made their first pit for strategy or economy reasons.
@HowlerAutomotive that chase at the end was intense, thought for sure I was gonna lose with the pace you were setting
I AM THE DRIFT KING!
My tyres must have looked like this throughout the race.
