Please help me figure this out, I’m building a car and export to BeamNG And my car starts to pull to the right, I tried with different bodies and engines, the same problem
I’d like you to open up the weight distribution UI app in BeamNG with this car, the one that tells you how much weight is on each of the four wheels.
If you see one diametrically opposite pair of wheels (front left and right rear, for example) carrying more weight than the other pair, to back into Automation, raise your suspension ride height, and re-export your car.
Thanks for the reply MrChips. In a way your reply solved the problem, my car pulls less to the side, but now my sports car looks like a jeep and the car still pulls to the side.
In fact, this bug has existed for a long time. You can’t completely solve it…
I mean, you don’t need to raise it up a lot, just enough that the exporter doesn’t get confused and upset by the suspension height. Often only a few clicks is enough.
Перепробовал различную высоту подвески, это не дало значительных результатов
Adjusting the engine position in the advanced settings may solve the problem, but if it can’t, it can only mean that it is a bug in the car body
This kind of bug is relatively common in all car bodies, especially on sports car bodies, and a small number of car bodies do not have bugs, but the car bodies without bugs will show extremely high mechanical grip in BNG
I usually just tune the steering center for the car in Beam.ng drive. It fixes the problem, it just takes some finangling to get it right.
