I have just noticed this issue this morning. I seems to have happened after BNG got updated last night.
BNG? I’m pretty sure you mean Beamng? Just making sure.

if you are talking about beamng, that should’ve been patched recently, even before you sent that message…
i had it that my car mod would export to the wrong folder, even though i set my location elsewhere, next time when you export a car, press Open Folder, and check if that is where your mods should be.
It used to be by default in \Documents\BeamNG.drive\mods
now by default it is in User\AppData\Local\BeamNG.drive\beamngversion\mods
