You’re telling me, I spend dozens of hours on some cars, but then again I’m fine with doing them again.
It seems that you like to live dangerously. If you tuned that car a bit, I’m sure it could go really fast. What kind of times are you getting around the tracks?
lol it’s ok. I see that you have some more room for tuning to get the most out of the car. With a car like that (and for those costs, which are astronomical), you should be aiming for less than 1:51 on the track.
As it stands you could try switching to MR instead of M-AWD. In this config I expect your car will be faster due to less weight. Then you can also ease up on what must be a huge boost and very steep turbo spool.
Welcome back. So you decide to mark your comeback with two cars… But one of them is an overengineered, quality-spammed van? Please, for sanity’s sake, keep the use of quality sliders (either positive or negative) to a minimum. At any rate, are you running game version 4.1 or 4.2?
It’s the latest version 4.2.14, and the quality sliders are only set to 2 quality across the entire vehicle. Its just a cross-breed of a Ram Promaster (Drive Train layout) and a Mercedes Sprinter Van (Body styling) with a boxer six instead of a v6 for a lower center of gravity giving it less of a rollover risk, the thing is though is the game still doesn’t know how to give a true mass production price but only a single unit price in all actuality the materials, quality, and engineering time are all based on real vehicle stats that would give an actual msrp of around 60k for this particular model. This van body is also a mod so that could also be a reason for incorrect pricing and engineering points.
Also the one truck i made, the Rivera Paladin, looks kinda like this one. Trucks are a bit difficult to make in Automation, there isn’t a whole lot of compatible fixtures unlike ones for supercars or sedans
Used the 3D models shapes in the game for the engine cover, and downloaded a mod for the actual engine bay from the steam workshop and chose materials I thought would bring out the realism.
