When EMW opened it’s factory doors in 1945 Ireland, we knew we had something special. The world was changing, and fast. Many Cottage Industry businesses could not keep up with the demand of the modern consumer. People had money, they wanted to be able to buy nice houses, cars, and toys. Our founders knew that the day of shed built cars was coming to a close. Our investors wanted fun, fast, spacious, and luxurious cars. With our background in mechanics and engineering, we thought we would give it a run for the money.
We planned three distinct lines of cars:
