Hi everybody. I am struggling to understand how the game calculates reliability. Why does the general reliability formula use this (seemingly?) arbitrary engine reliability value? (Seems like I can’t upload 2 images, but the engine designer window sets the engine variant reliability at 75.1) Where does that come from? Thank you

It should be noted that this calculation is going out the window for the next major update for Automation, as it was always a bit of a closed, “black box”.

Could it be as easy as 0.375 being half of 0.75 which is engine reliability/100 in this case?
