Since the latest Openbeta update the engineering times for car and engine appear to have changed.
Is it now weeks, rather than months, that the value now represents?
Still represents months, but they are vector added in the actual engineering and maybe still summed in the engine designer’s side panel? Also familiarity isn’t taken into account in the designers themselves.
