Yeah, Mechanical fuel injection is better as far as horsepower output, but in my opinion, it’s not worth the price gap. I’ve found a way to use carburetor to get pretty darn good reliability, but in the process, I think I’ve won the award for lowest specific output. 8 liters of thundering fury, developing… Wait for it…
110 Horsepower.
sorry i just found my one engine i made, 10.8 liters of turbocharged V8 (yes knock free) producing…
3.3HP

I gotta know this one, was it just a personal goal to find the lowest horsepower without knocking or something?

kinda, got the idea when i was building a serious engine but i screwed up a turbo setting slider and i was getting only about 27 HP so i went on to try to make as low of horsepower per liter as possible, also for the fuel economy the thing runs in the gallons per mile range, but lets get this back on topic of the challenge
gallons per mile. okay.
now remove the catalytic converter, mas produce it and let that madafakin polluter be a polluter and send that to NASA as an engine to help make more greenhouse gasses on mars
This magnificent vehicle comes fully equipped with a turbocharged 24V DOHC V6, doors and wheels! Freshly painted in the color "Dusted Sand"™ it always looks dirty and never needs a wash, saving the environment.
Exhaust tips mounted at a height sufficient to ford rivers at full power without worrying about waterpressure on exhaust reducing engine power. 13" steel rims with enough rubber, even for Ron Jeremy, ensures great offroad capabillities.
All this at a ridiculous price! Become one of the most lethal predators in the world, buy a Honeybadger today!

my test vehicle was only 600, the highest i got so far was 3000+ tho
Got below 400 as I’m scared to death of penalties, but might have sacrificed quite a bit of torque for it, and still not sure it will pass inspection as it is my first contribution

Is that on the engine or in the overview tab?
My engine is at 380, on my overview I am at 627 which was helped by getting 14.3mpg US.

At the engine i get below 350, in my overview I’m below 400 and getting over 16 mpg. Will share full stats after competition ends for anyone interested, just got a competitive streak that really likes to win

Well done, depending on your other scores you should do well.
