Good concept, but it requires quite a few changes…
First of all, there’s no need to have a set engine config. The goal isn’t the remake a Crown Vic, the goal is to do better. How about a power requirement and mpg requirement.
Other things I’d suggest are:
Price limit (heavily suggest)
Standard interior/entertainment
5 seats+ required
4 doors required

I totally agree with a price limit, as well as seating layout. Also, if there is anything about the car you DON’T want changed, please say so now.
