The Garcia C28o wasn’t very well in the 198o family haulers challenge , our engineers kind of missed the point, but created the fastest cheap family hauler ever as long as your family is thin and doesn’t carry much stuff along, specially a dog.
So our marketing department came with the idea of moving it to another niche and promoting a cup to advertise the car, so we put aside 2o cars and some cash, you can pass by our factory and take one to tune for race!

We’ll handle you the C28o, the top trim of the C body, with a nice 2.8 inline 6 that develops a healthy 177hp, even more healthier without the legal stuff, it’s a very small car also, in stock version it can do o-1oo in 7seconds flat, after i sent this car to the family haulers challenge i could not help but put it to race, i took one for me an did a track day car, wich will be the 21st car!
i’ll give you one to you with flared wheelarches and wings/lips already, the guys at the factory just had time to bolt on the wings and wheelarches, the interior is stock, can you remove and send it back to factory? so we can fit back in a production car, please do not scratch!
of course, we’ll give back you some more money to put into tour car! take a lap before you strip it, to see how fast it is stock

The cup:
just download the car and post a screen of your fastest lap, this cup have 5 races as follows:
1st Week: Airfield - Let’s start at home! deadline is next sunday, the 1oth of may 2oH GMT or 2o entries
2nd Week: Green Hell - The true benchmark
3rd 4th Week: up to suggestions!
5th Week: Old la Sarthe, worth twice the points, gearbox can only be modified here
The winner wins a Prize car!
It is the E5oo Cup edition, tuned by the same rules as this challenge. Worth 3ok
you can post your laps until that deadline, as much as you like, just post a print of the lap screen, i believe you respected the rules, but you must keep the lua files with the fastest lap you got, to prove you did by the rules if someone contests you, please, fair play! if we have a draw, we’ll undraw by best reliability then by least powerful, then price, then something else, if needed to.

You can’t do anything here!
neither changing material nor changing suspension type nor quality, just check how the car is equipped and skip to engine
Engine:
it must be based on the stock engine, keep the same bottomparts and must be na, so you can only port and polish it [cilinder head quality], change the camshaft, change carburetors, remove catalizers and mufflers, change exhaust, increase max rpm, change fuel, compression, timing, etc.
resuming: everything you want, but do not add turbo neither touch the first and second tabs, quality in first two tabs must be zero, just check if it haves 86,6mm X84,6mm bore x stroke, if it calculates 2853cc in deed and skip to cylinder head tab!
Trim:
-you can add geared LSD and only that! you must let the stock gearbox, you can’t change gearbox setup and can’t change quality, the gear ratios setup can only be done as you want in the last race!
-anything you want with the tires, and i already flared the wheel arches to the maximum [had to remodel the whole car, hope the next update let’s us stretch the car with fixtures installed]
-anything you want with the other tabs!
- no driver aids allowed! so remove the electornic wizadry and send it back to factory also
resuming: no messing with the bodywork, just a top tuning in the engine, stock gearbox, new tires, brakes, shocks and stripping the interior.

-cash- 16k!
the stock car costs 8k, you have twice that, 16k! that should be the total cost, we’ll give you 8k to spend, you can have more money as you discount the stock interior, infotainment and other stuff you remove from the car, and send it back to me you have a plenty of cash left to put good tires, brakes, carburetor, brakes, shocks, exhausts, etc. you’ll enjoy the task!
-safety- min. 25 - i don’t want nobody dieing in my car!
-engine reliability - min. 35 engines blowing don’t help the sales!
-overall reliability- min. 6o - we cant afford to have our cars breaking and screwing our reputation!
