I took one of my old QFC cars and reworked it a bit. It was from the 1980’s taxi challenge, quite a boat to be honest.
I am already through the P-Car evaluation and will post the results later this evening.
Fellow FWD entrant!! This thing has gotta compete so I’ve not put the only long FWD car on the track 
Oh shit, I was playing arount with the engine location, it must have switched back to FWD. Was meant to be RWD.
Hm doesn’t matter. The original car was also FWD.
Preliminary bins:
@karhgath - Illegal Aero Element (Rear Diffusor) - I tested it and is has effect on downforce. You can remove it and rehomologate. As a punishment the car would get a 5 Position Grid Penalty on its best racing result and 10% reduction on the budget.
@_Multiverse_MaNa - TechPool Budget Breach by a 132% in the first try and still over 10 Million in your self-initiated correction. Your racecar can still compete in “no-archivements”-mode with minimum budget if you like. Race Car still has to comply with the rules.
@Ananas - Illegal Aero Elements (2 Side Skirts) - These are in the Wing-Category and affect downforce. You can still participate under the same conditions like karhgath.
Penalties:
@IncredibleHondaFit - Techpool Budget Breach by 2,5% - 5% penalty on race car budget.
Unsustainable Finances:
@Brum-Brum and @z2bbgr didnt manage to reach enough sales and therefor had to close their racing department. While Brum-Brum managed to reach 15,6% of normalized desirability of the best car, z2bbgr is sitting at just 2,8%. Both cars are super expensive, costing 9000$/17000$ more than the next most expensive car, the Primus. Both cars can compete with minimum budget in the unofficial standings.
Remarks:
@Vento - your car has no aero (that means no aero on the racecar). If you still want to add aero, pls hand it in. Your car will receive 3 position grid penalty on the best result in that case.

No-Archivement-Mode
To avoid that people have wasted precious hours of their lifes, I will run a second unofficial ranking. It will not count for winning the Challenge, but you can at least see were your car would have ended up.
The side skirt lip fixture on my car is mirrored, not duplicated, so it functions as a single element in game. I meant to mention that in my submission message, but I guess I forgot to. Anyway, it should be legal.
I checked your claim and its correct. Your car is cleared of all concerns.
Karhgath has resubmitted his car and Ananas was cleared from the suspected rule breach, after testing his claim, asking the devs. Will update the List tomorrow and post it. After that I will open the race car submissions.
i get penalty points if my car has no aero? 
No, only if you still want to add some. I thought you may have forgotten it, so it was just a offer to still change that. If thats intended thats fine for me.

That’s quite generous - I’ll take it. I’m also relieved that my car is eligible as-is and won’t be penalized.
Is it possible to make a second post for the race variant?
Also is it possible to change advanced trim settings in the race variant? (I cant get 230mm’s to fit nicely in my front, so I want to slightly tuck in the track width for the sake of visuals)
Also is ride height free to change? Can’t tell if it’s classified as suspension tuning or not
You can post as many pics of your car as you want.
Pls dont change tyre related stuff in ATS. I dont know exactly what you want to do, but position of the tyres is relevant for admission of the car. (Tyres not sticking out from the car body. Visuals have no impact on anything.
Ride height can be changed, as can everything in suspention tab.
There will possibly be another competitor in the race. I have missed the entry of @RMcDoug. With all right he asked me to include him. I checked and I in fact have gotten the car in time.
Only change I wish to make is thinning the track width in the body ATS, not modifying tires.
The No-Archivement-Mode is really cool idea! Minimum Budget means a maximum of 26,250$ and 4000$ SVC right?
