I need help to download the new turbo update. The Launcher always seems to time out and when I download from Amazon Cloud, it usually has a long duration and freezes midway.
Sadly, that problem is not on our end 
Amazon cloud usually works really well pretty much everywhere. It very well might be a temporary thing though. Try the direct download links that zeussy has posted.
