How to add Custom Track steam version

i followed the steps steam/steamapps/common/automation/tracks
well there is not a folder of tracks in the automation folder, i created one and added the folder of the track in there and still nothing

Documents/My Games/Automation/Tracks
That is where your custom tracks go.
