I feel like doing some bonkers customs

Somehow, when I have seen what you are capable to do with the game nowadays, I have had an urge to try to make some over the top or just weird custom builds. Kind of like this thread, even though it wasn’t really what inspired me, so I am not trying to be a copycat. But well, it will still be kind of the same thing.

Anyway, I am looking for cars to try to get wild with, and this won’t be “lowered with an OEM bodykit” builds just so you know, feel free to send me cars if you think I can do something with them, I will share my builds in this thread then.

The first car I went…well, surprisingly mild with so maybe not the most promising thread start, but it was leading towards this very early, was donated by @Madrias

This is how a 2011 Sinistra Traville looks, and maybe you have seen more exciting things in your life. Sorry, Madrias, but I doubt it ever was your intention anyway.

So, what’s to say more than that I went the lowrider route with it? “Hydraulics” of course (albeit simulated), as well as spoke wheels, a green pearlescent paintjob with green metalflake roof, curb feelers, boomerang antenna, chrome tint on most of the lights, custom grille, shaved doors. Well, a mild start, but I might go wilder with future builds?

The wheels are disproportionately small - if they were an inch or two larger than stock (diameter-wise), they’d be a more coherent fitment. The lime green custom paint color is on point, though.

Sure. Running 13 inch wheels like a classic lowrider was maybe a tad too small on a modern car…

Oh, no offense taken at all - It was meant to be a very basic, boring econobox that has some leg-room. I think at one point, I built the 2009 version of it for a challenge somewhere and I’d started off with the plan to make “a boring old-man car” for it.

The 2005 Luksi Dragua, appearantly a supercar from Albania, by @happyfireballman and @xsneakyxsimx

I did a quick and dirty job, somewhat inspired by a not all that unknown 1989 movie car.

I don’t ever remember working on this car. I think I was mistagged.

bild

it looks great but… why is it brown?

Brown? The RGB code is 000000, as black as it gets.

Ahhhhh… forgot about that one

A smol 50s thing from @xsneakyxsimx

I don’t know where the fault is, I noticed that the body looked pretty deformed. A dragracing build was the thought from the start but the crooked body inspired me to be a bit more ratty than I first thought about….

Seems like a knight would drive this thing, maybe even a dark knight…

I think it’s an issue with the body mod. I swapped to the 1.8m from the 2.0m while making it and it had that janky bend in the b pillar.

Seems to be the lighting and lack of reflection, but I’m no color theorist.
