As a pre-order-er naturally I’m appreciating everything this game is going to feature, I just have one simple question: Will there eventually be an interior designer for cars? Perhaps as a patch or an addon? It will add to the cost aspect of the car and could really changes things up. (seeing how American and Japanese cars tends to have more plastic trims and that overall cheaper feeling)

An interior designer has been discussed internally and here as well - it would add a lot of workload and would probably delay the game by up to half a year for almost no difference to the big picture. No difference? Yes, that is because there will of course be options for the interior (which you don’t see). Important options like luxury, comfort and safety items will be included in the Car Designer. So you will have most of the options, but won’t see them.
It will delay release of game but it should be adden in some future post-release patch. Interior designer will be probably just estetical feature. Example : You want air conditioning (a/c) in your car so without designer u just click on options to put a/c in. With designer you click on option to add a/c in AND u can put button for it in interier of your car. Same function, same effect, just estetical thing.
Yes I want interior designer too, but I dont need it in the first release.
There should be just multicheckbox type when adding stuff to your car in car designer. You could choose like a/c and power windows as stock accessory. And this would change the car’s build cost. this is how it will be, right?
