This will be the first car and engine to come out of TSG unltd.
The TSG Cuyahoga is a GT car with a super smooth 4.5L all aluminum Turbo I6. Built in the interest of all around functionality some sacrifices were made but the car came out to my liking.
Reliable, Economical, and Lower cost, all words to describe the Cuyahoga. Inspired by old and new influences alike. Such as the large displacement DOHC 2VPC I6 built slightly in the style of old Bentleys or the rear wheel arches mildly reminiscent of C2 corvettes. From the long nose and small cabin, inspired by cars like Bugattis and Duesenbergs of old to the Alfa grill and DB9 tail lights this car robs all that it is from the ideas of great designers. Some substance, some style, but no true originality. And yet with 38MPG and at a building cost of just under $19k this 425hp grand tourer seems right. Right for the market that is.
Hey there. First found out about this car thanks to your sig…and I gotta say, nice job on this first car. The fact that you got 425 hp without turbos is a decent feat of it’s own, but 38 MPG as well? Now that impresses me.
Thanks for the praise. but it is turbo it would be impressive if it wasn’t. I did go with 12 valves on a DOHC I6 though which is a little unusual for newer cars. All the Engine specs are on the picture up above if you wanna take a second look.
P.S. I probably could have jacked up the quality sliders put a better flowing head on it and squeezed out 425 without a turbo… but I didn’t sorry if its just another car now and not some NA ECO powerhouse
