How did you find us? I friend randomly sent me to this site sometime last year. I’ve lurked for a while, then suddenly I get back from some time in Tokyo and there’s demo release dates and awesomeness. So here I am. ^^
About:
Hi, everybody! I’m Grant and I’m terrible at self introductions! Ummm…I’m 22, an ESL tutor working exclusively with Japanese clients, and I get really, really nerdy about my cars. Which is what brings me here. My particularly field of “expertise” if you can call it that, is 1980’s JDM, particularly, as you might be able to guess by my car history, Toyotas. I love me some 4AGE. Anyway, super excited to be here and I cant wait to see the game come together, not to mention get my hands on the engine builder demo. よろしく!
Interests: Cars and racing, classic agricultural equipment, and building and tuning cars
Vehicles Currently Owned: Chevy Cobalt SS Supercharged, just sold a week ago my 2006 Corvette C6 slightly modded.
**
Dream Garage Vehicles:** 71 Dodge Challenger 440 modern suspension, Lamborghini Avendador
About: Life long car guy, drag racer, and car tuner. However as I age it seems I’m doing less and less of the fun stuff. I love working on things, building, and creating. Whether it be my hobby of scratch building 1/16 scale farm equipment or wrenching on a project car.
My love for cars led me to starting my own web site. I saw guys on TV, in magazines, and such driving all these awesome cars and writing about them and getting paid to do so. Which led me to think to myself, I could do that. So I set out to do that. So far so go. Turns out I kind of suck at writing but am never at a loss for words so I surrounded myself with people who could make sure I don’t look like a complete fool. My friends are fantastic like that which brings me to my last point which is I’m fiercely loyal to my friends. Which brings me to a bit of a motto of mine. All the toys in the world don’t matter if you don’t have great friends to share the experiences with.
I look forward to being a part of this community and can’t wait to try out Automation!
Drives: Nothing at the moment. Planing to get along with a e36 and putting some work to it (performance) and some nice paint (black) + big wheels. Not a drift fan tbh.
How did I find you? A friend linked me quite a while ago, at first i didnt put too much attention to it but now it all looks very nice! Keep up the good work!

Got a Subaru Liberty 08 2.5i as my first car, I don’t own it, but my parents bought it a while back, and it was my choice. I get to keep it as soon as I’m on my P’s.
I’m an administrator of a TDU modding forum (tduforums.com/index.php), and I’ve been the primary physics modder for cars (modding car physics, not writing programs to mod them) since day one when physics editing became possible. You can find plenty of my mods all over the place.

How I found about automation: iRacing forum.
About me: I’ve been interested in cars and racing since I was a kid. As many people of my age (I’m 37), I played Detroit a lot, and I liked it, but there hasn’t been anything close until this game.
I’m Joe Stickney aka many other names. I’ve messed about as a modder, writer and machinima maker. In real life I was a DJ and am now semi retired.
I’m probably best known / infamous as the guy who did the initial LGNPC Seyda Neen mod for Morrowind and then left the idea moldering. I’ve also done lots of failed mods, machinima based on old time radio which I love and am a lightly published author. I love biz sims and auto sims, however I don’t actually own a car right now. I hope you will let me stay anyway.
I love computers and computer science was half my double major in college until I dropped out. For about half a decade I tested and broke the alpha versions of about every MMRPG ever made. In fact my curse is the ability to unintentionally break every game I play. Look for the bug reports and the frustrated responses from the poor devs the day after release!
Interests: Online gaming, Management games, Creative games, Art (Music, Drawing and 3D Modelling)
Vehicles Currently Owned: I don’t actually own anything yet. Blame that lovely unemployment.

Dream Garage Vehicles: Series 1 Jaguar E-Type, 1949 VW Beetle, Ford Sierra that hasn’t rusted to powder yet, Landrover Series II Forward Control.

How did you find us? Well, we are us, but how did u find us? Google, facebook, wikipedia etc?: My father actually spotted some videos of the game on a news website today, Kotaku I think was the particular one. After looking at some videos and your site, I decided this was EXACTLY what I want from a game. I pre-ordered and now I’m here!
**About:
**
Hi, I’m Sammy. I’m an avid car fan and wish I could be in the ranks of drivers everywhere. Unfortunately for me, I’m disabled, meaning work is out of the question and as a consequence, so it driving. This hasn’t stopped me looking forward to the future. Ever since I was very small, I fantasized about designing and producing my own vehicle designs. Until now no other game looked like it even came close to the customizability and sheer freedom that Automation appears to have. I, for one, am really looking forward to getting my hands greasy.
Vehicles Currently Owned: 88 RX7 Turbo 2, 88 RX7 SE, 86 Trans Am

About: I’ve loved cars from as early an age as I was able to pick Hotwheels up and that love has continued into my late 20s. Sadly, I haven’t had much desire to get my hands dirty until I hit about 25 so I’m behind the curve there. Trying to make up ground by owning a couple of rotarys.
I’ve also always been a bit of a gamer, mostly racing and the occasional shooter, but managed to miss out on games like Detroit and Motor City Online.
I studied computer animation in college but sadly don’t work in the industry. Automation has me pretty excited because it directly taps into pretty much every facet of life that I enjoy the most. Cars, gaming and creativity.
So far, it is shaping up really nicely, kudos on the great work and a ridiculously fun demo. Now hurry up with the spinning magic triangles!

How did you find us? Always hoped there would be an improved version of Car Tycoon from when I was younger, came across Automation and think it’s fantastic
About:
Lived near Birmingham all my life (22 years) and always had an interest in cars from when I was young. Probably something to do with my dad being a sales Engineer working with many of the car manufacturers, and before that helping to organise the Motorshow at the NEC. Always enjoyed car racing games and strategy games. Although I find it fascinating to find out more about the cars themselves, one of the main reasons I ended up in car sales really!
Really looking forward to the finished project, and I hope Automation turns out to be the success it deserves to be.

How did you find us? : Autoblog!!!
About:
Found out about the game through autoblog and have been watching the progress ever since. I have an engine simulator that I play around with (Engine Analyzer Pro) but it’s pretty “clinical”. So to have a game that works just like it, is equally as accurate, AND has those amazing visuals - I was hooked ever since! Can’t wait to see the finished product.
