J.E.C.B (Junior Executive Car Brawl) 14th PLACE RELEASED

I ran into a problem with my perfectionism. I wanted to include the non-weighted stats but then I thought that I should order these too so now I am putting them into a spreadsheet as well but I should be done soon enough and I will update the mean and median stats too with this information and then I will release the 15th maybe in the evening and will do more than one a day starting from tomorrow.

edit It may actually be delayed until tomorrow. Something came up and so I’ll do what I can but it will be either tonight or tomorrow.

Argh damnit! I can’t bare this tension. I need to know if I’m last or not!

First off, let me apologise for the delay in the presentations of the cars. Some things came up and I didn’t have enough time to sort this out. But finally I am ready to start revealing the cars.

HOW TO IMPROVE THE CAR
Use better pistons (more reliability)
Use a less aggressive cam (more efficiency)
Reduce the fuel mixture (more efficiency)
Use a different muffler setup (more comfort)
Use less exhaust pipe (more efficiency)
Use a less rearward biased power distribution (more drivability and prestige and less wheelspin)
Shorten the final drive (better acceleration)
Use wider tyres (tames the oversteer and increases sportiness and drivability)
Optimise your brakes more (less weight and cost for other things)
Raise the ride height (more drivability and comfort)
Utilise your budget with quality sliders

Did you use the RPM limiter to limit the car to under 350 hp RoyalStig? If that was the case I think I would have also lowered the cam profile to bring down your peak HP while increasing fuel economy.

EDIT: I do NOT foresee my car doing good here, if Royal was in 15th then by looking at my stats I am going to be following very close to him.

I cannot have done much better than @RoyalStig or you @BlastersPewPew either by the sounds of it. Let’s see who’s least worse!

HOW TO IMPROVE THE CAR
Rev the engine out more (more usable power band)
Up the cam profile (more power)
Use a bigger exhaust (more power)
Use a diff (less wheel spin)
Use wider and sticker tyres (more grip)
Use vented discs (less brake fade)
Utilise the budget

Welp, I’m glad I did well in cost, reliability and safety

Cost wasn’t a weighted stat so it had no bearing in your score.

I might have looked over that while I was designing the car. But hey, this is the first competition I’ve completed

both last places would be much more well scored if stile was weighted, very handsome cars!!

I also agree, the quality of the cars (styling wise) has “improved” considerably over the last months, there are some very beautiful cars out there now.

agreed, mods has improved the styling possibilities. but i miss a modular pack for taillights (same red tone).

I know 13 is not the best number but we arent going to skip it are we? :stuck_out_tongue:

Maybe It’s for luck!

Sorry guys. I will release 13 and 12 tomorrow. Just been caught up with work.

nevermind! good work!!!

who won? who won?

So, any update?

Push, does anyone maintain this thread??

He logged in yesterday, hey mason if you need more time just let us know, but be aware there’s an open beta update in like a week, maybe 10 days, so make sure you get all the information copied down just in case there are any issues.
