Just need some traction, steering advice

I’m trying to design a FULL downforce race car, that can handle any corner at relatively high speeds. I’ve gotten it pretty settled, but I’m having some problems with steering stability. (exported to BeamNG)
The main thing that I’ve noticed, is that (even though in automation it says it drastically understeers, in both the (slow) and (fast) steering graphs, it tends to turn, then the front begins to grab, and the rear slides out (AWD)

also any other tips on design/ how to make it better would be greatly appreciated. (as I am still relatively new to this game, with only like 75 hours into it)

This is the vehicle if you wish to see what I’m talking about:

Automation tyres positively suck currently. I’d switch them out for beam equivalents and see how you get on. Tune in beam where you can, things like camber and spring rates will be important.

I will try this. Thank you!

I will update if this improves anything or not

I cannot find any tires with any equal amount of grip.

There’s modded beam wheels with grip modifiers, so you should be able to find what you need.

I have a reference car here, hope it can help you网址Beta - Leisurely GSX XI Hyper Formula | BeamNG
