I am building a 478m V6 in real life and the game only allows up to a 4.724" x 4.724" bore and stroke. This V6 has a 5.125" bore and a 3.860" stroke. I’m just wondering if there is a way to have this modified since this isn’t something CRAZY it is a factory bore that isn’t represented.

Open alpha is your friend then, bore and stroke up to 180 mm. Although I’d sooner call this engine crazy, than the old limits 
The reason for this (as far as I understand it) is due to the fact Automation is a game eith the objective of making mass-production cars, as opposed to one-off builds and racecars. This is the same reason we don’t have things like W engines or 12-Piston Calipers.
