Are there any rules regarding techpool/quality?
Also for the judging; will stats like reliabillity and fuel economy be taken into account or is it just the laptimes that matter?
Are you allowed to enter only one car?
the highest reliability and the best fuel economy will recieve 10 bonus points. There are no techpool and quality limitations
