I actually considered doing one, along with a pick-up, but thought I might have been going overboard with the variants.
When I want a little break from my current project I’ll go back and do one.
Hi Trackpad, the 2dr “Coupe” is now available for download
drive.google.com//uc?export=dow … authuser=0
Just for clarity, it needs the rest of the pack to be complete - Hope its what you expected.

Nice
I can now make the world’s boxiest sports car.
LET’S MAKE A XY COUPE!
I look forward to seeing it
Hi All
1950s Small Saloon (sedan) Please note this mod is no longer available for download as it is included in the base game
In order to fill a gap in the bodies currently available, my Third mod is a very small car inspired by the Austin A30 / A35 from the 1950s.
This pack contains, 2 & 4 door Saloon (Sedan), 3 & 5 door Estate (Wagon), 2 door Pick-up (Ute), 3 Door Van and a 2 door Cabrio.
Extract Zip contents to \Automation\assets\meshes\cars\Front\Small (Folder location varies depending if you are a steam user or not)
4door examples
I Hope you enjoy and as always feedback is welcome.
Update 04/06/15
Amended the Pick-up’s cargo box to try and hide the chassis a bit more
Amended the LUA Files for cargo space correction
Very interesting, looks funky! I might use it sometime
Funky looking car although the source material is also quite funky looking.
But I have to say, I like it. You did a great job. It looks very nice.
It’s so cute! I have to make a Znopresk model straight away!
Thanks again Maffc!
I always have a lack of bodies for 1950’s
Great car! Now it can be possible to create a competitor for VW Beetle.
By the way, is the body available from 1948 or 1950?
If I recall it was set to be avail from 1950. (The real life inspiration was launched in 1951).
I’m away from my pc at the mo so I’ll check when I get back.
I love it!
Now if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got an Indian taxi to build.
I forgot to post about this when you posted it.

It is impossible IMHO to have too many variants, as long as they somewhat make sense.
Here is my feedback for the 50s Sedan
Morphing Area: The upper-front windscreen is unmorphable, you had to fix it.
Car Body: The wheel arch is smaller than the 40s small Saloon/Sedan, so it need to be larger.
Body Styles: We need a 2-door Coupe Utility and Convertible in addition to 2-door Saloon/Sedan, 2-door Estate/Wagon, 4-door Saloon/Sedan, because the game still lacks 50s Coupe Utilities and 50s Convertibles.
Anyway, this car would be a worthy addition, because the game lacks 50s small and medium cars.
The thing is that I don’t think this is one of those bodies that could be easily used to make variant spam. Although I might be pleasantly surprised
Although I definitively think a convertible version could be doable. Either with a roof like a 2CV or a Beetle.
You might want to wait for the next update
Hi,
thank you for the feedback, my responses are below.
Here is my feedback for the 50s Sedan

The initial attempts did not produce nice looking results, however I shall re-visit and see what can be done.
Car Body: The wheel arch is smaller than the 40s small Saloon/Sedan, so it need to be larger.
The real life inspiration is actually much smaller than the real life inspiration for the 40s sedan (L: 3.4m W: 1.39m H: 1.47m vs L: 3.76m W: 1.52m H: 1.52m) so it stands to reason the wheelarches are smaller. Add to that, the rear wheel is semi-enclosed.
Body Styles: We need a 2-door Coupe Utility and Convertible in addition to 2-door Saloon/Sedan, 2-door Estate/Wagon, 4-door Saloon/Sedan, because the game still lacks 50s Coupe Utilities and 50s Convertibles.
the Real life inspiration had - 4 door sedan, 2 door sedan, 2 door wagon, 2 door van & a 2 door Pick-up/ute (for real). I intend to be inspired by all these variants and also i’ll try make up a Convertible. Not sure about 4 door wagon, there generally wasn’t any for the time period and size of car, but I might give it a go, it could be interesting.
Anyway, this car would be a worthy addition, because the game lacks 50s small and medium cars.
1940s+ Domed Taillights and IndicatorsPlease note this mod is no longer available for download as it is included in the base game
I’ve taken a small break from working on my 1950s small sedan to create these old fashioned domed taillights and indicators/side lights.
There are 3 varieties for each colour, Chrome, body and black coloured edges.

Nice ones.
Hi All
I have now uploaded the full pack for the 1950s small Sedan, details here > http://www.automationgame.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=5544&p=71894#p71894
I also managed to create (as requested by ohm1996) a Cabrio and a 5 door estate variants. They look surprisingly better than I expected. I didn’t think the body type woulds support them.
regards
Maffc
