MBA was founded in Munich in 1948 by Johann Mayländer, to contribute to the rebuilding of post-war Germany and revive it’s automotive industry. Today, MBA produces a wide range of vehicles, from sports sedans, to family SUVs, to performance coupes, to ultra-luxo barges.

The '89 629 would have been one of the best sports sedans of the late 80s/early 90s, thanks to its muscular wheel arch flares, wide track, growling straight-six, and rakish shape.
