Mercy Motor Group

This is a forum for Mercy Motor Group. An Umbrella brand that owns Mercy Motors (Performance), Castillo Automotive (Mid Luxury), Hawk Motors (High performance), Aggregero Motors (Top luxury), Vivid(Tech, Hybrids, EVs, etc), Bell (General), and Erand UVS(Utility/Commercial)

Founded in 1934, Mercy began making parts for tanks and planes for the second world war. When the war had ended, Mercy used the leftover parts to make the 1945 Mercy A-15. It sold well and to commemorate the first Apollo launch, Mercy renamed the A-15 to the Mercy Apollo, which was sold as a Wagon primarily until the Vendetta sedan was introduced in 1965. They both share a chassis to this day, and the Vendetta and Apollo are our flagships. In 1973, Mercy noticed a shift to luxury cars, and thus Castillo Automotive was born. And then, in 1980, after the oil crisis had passed, the market shifted again, this time to cheaper more fuel-efficient cars. Mercy capitalized on this and introduced Vista Motors, with the first model being the Aspect, a compact sedan that shares a chassis with the Mercy swift of the same year.

In 1965, we launched Road And Track Technology, or R.A.T.T for short. R.A.T.T is our performance sub brand that creates monsters of the road and track. We then unveiled an absolute beast of a tune designated the Specialized Circuit American Racing, or S.C.A.R. However, both are primarily for V8s and some V6s. So, to help distinguish between our track monsters and more manageable performance cars, we launched Mercy Club. Club cars are for those who can’t or don’t want the extreme performance of our RATT cars.

This year, for 2025, Mercy Celebrates 80 years of Mercy and 60 years of RATT, and we can’t wait to honor this moment with our drivers. Introducing the all new 2025 Mercy Vendetta R.A.T.T. The car that will always stay true to our early roots of making fast and perfect cars.

“Word on the road is that most SUVs these days borrow from other cars. That means they’re all the same! Mercy was never one to blend in, which is why we went all out with the 2012 Origin Club. Finally, a SUV that’s original.” - Advert for the 2012 Mercy Origin Club

Boasts a V6 rated at 300 horsepower to all four wheels and a sport tuned suspension that is adjustable with 4 piston brembo brakes.

“Key West Florida is known for its luxury, style, and history. It is one of Florida’s hottest tourism spots for a reason. Now take that information, and style it into a car. ‘How can you style a car from a city?’ is what you may ask, but at Mercy, we always go above and beyond for our drivers. This creation may go by many names, ‘Classy’, ‘Class Leader’, ‘The Most Premium Mercy’. ‘It’s not just another full-size car’ We are sure you’ve heard that promise plenty of times with most cars on the roads today, but as usual, Mercy can back up the claim. This car leads the American full-size sedan class with standard features like three-point shoulder and lap seatbelts, ABS, and airbags, it leads in safety. With a starting price of $13,500, it leads in value and affordability. And finally, we resurrected the long-departed Mercy Mammoth V8 series engine and optioned it with this car. With 330 horsepower, it leads in performance too. This car sounds great right? Well we also like giving options to our drivers, such as sedan and wagon body styles, or a Pioneer six-speaker and cassette player setup. And if you couldn’t imagine more, we also threw in the smoothest suspension system made at Mercy that rivals even European offerings, so you will not even feel a single bump or pothole.

’Does a car like this actually exist?’ Is probably another question you ask. Mercys answer? The 1990 Mercy Motors KeyWest. ‘The Car Dreams Are Made Of’.

Mercy, Best Is the Only Option.”
