MMHDL says incompatible, and now my car doesn’t work. HELP! it worked only yesterday!
It could be that the mod in question is incompatible simply because it’s been deprecated and replaced by a newer version, one that’s specifically made for 4.3. Or is it?

it works now, for some reason. still marked as incompatible on my steam but restarting will probably fix that
