When we see new engines added to the demo?
The demo only has the NA I4s for a reason: It is the demo . Giving the full game away for free would not be a great business strategy. If you would like to enjoy forced induction, more car bodies, and many other engine types, pre-order the game and enjoy the features.
Exactly, the pre-order version comes with I4, I6, V8 and V8 crossplane. More engines will be added later on, like V6 and I5 for example. The game is really worth your money!
I6, not I5 i think.
I’m not the only one whose keyboard moves the keys just as I press down, maybe?
Woops. you’re right. Typo!
No I5 planned then? Ok, no biggie for me. It’s not as uncommon a configuration as some may think (eg: VW & Volvo have used them commonly on recent or current models I believe) but if it would overcomplicate or delay the game further then I can do without.
See this thread: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=137
As of now (Or April 11th), it is unknown whether I5’s are going to be added, but I’m sure if the devs don’t implement it, even as an expansion, then some modders might get to work on adding them post-release of the Devs confirm that they’re not going to implement it themselves.
I5s will be in the game, I wonder if people just are blind sometimes it even says that in game on the splash screen
will there be pre-turbo water injection and Nos?
I can’t speak for water injection, but NOS is a no-go. This has been discussed before, please use the search function next time.
To add to Jakgoe’s answer: Anything aftermarket wont be added into the game. Also some very rare production specifications wont be in there too.
All of these things, can possibly be modded in after the initial release of the game.
Audi (VAG group, Volkswagen AG), Fiat, Mercedes-Benz, Mazda, Toyota, GM, Honda, Jeep, Rover Group (Land Rover), Ssang Yong (Mercedes-Benz engines), Ford.
The brands that use actually 5 inline was VAG (Audi, Seat, Volkswagen, Skoda… group), Mazda (in the BT-50), Ford (in the Ranger, for example), and Volvo.

And GM, and Honda, and Fiat. I5 is a common engine type.
And that’s why it will be in Automation 1.0…
I dont see the use of posting all car brands that used a certain type of engine. No one asked for it, so why post it?
Anyway, to make it clear. I5 will be in eventually. So keep calm and play on!
