Hello,
I recently got back into Automation and noticed that the in-game camera felt particularly ‘notchy’. Upon using the free-cam and my monitor’s cross-hair overlay I was able to pick up on ‘pixel jump’; when moving my mouse, even ever so slightly, my cross-hair ‘jumped’ between pixels. When making more normal mouse movements, this results in the notchiness I’m experiencing.
Would this indicated that I’ve incorrectly configured the in-game sensitivity settings? Or, is this something simply inherent to Automation? I’m aware that a number of applications can suffer from this irrespective of software or hardware configuration.
The following information may be of use:
- Mouse: Logitech G502 Hero
- DPI: 3200
- Polling Rate: 1000hz
- Automation in-game camera sensitivity: Default settings (Value of 1.0, I believe)
I’ve tried adjusting both the DPI and in-game camera sensitivity values, but this has not resolved the issue.
If you need any additional information that you believe may be useful, please do ask.
Thank you for your time.
