Hint #4, it is made in a country that has assembled many cars for foreign manufacturers but has no brand on its own.
After reading an old magazine I had and seeing a microcar slightly resembling the image… Could it be a Mikrus?

After a google search it is, I believe called a Wiima.

But Wiima it is and I was not sure that anyone would take this without a googling anyway.
And the country is of course Finland.
